Unfortunately someone apparently just messed up the spreadsheet from about half way onward by inserting lines way up the page and bumped everyone's placement to the person 2 rows above them. Smh..  I can't fix this, sorry, I don't have the permissions on that sheet. I'll email the spreadsheet owner, but they've already told me they are going to delete the entire column H with the place numbers if people keep messing up, so looks like I'm done with it for now.

I was just thinking how easy it would be to mess this up either by accident or some purposeful trolling. Sigh. This is why we can't have nice things.

You're not showing on that list but based on your time stamp(once added) your position would be 907 with expected email sendout to buy on January 18th. Samsung just can't keep up with Nvidia's demand.

Any drops today? I am 23 people away from the 3090 FTW3 Ultra according to that spreadsheet. I don't want to miss that email because sometimes my email server hangs. I tried changing the email address on my account and I briefly lost my notifications! I change it back and the notifications reappeared...whew!

seems like we are in dark it would be nice if evga themselves would take the inititive hopefully i spelled that right and step up to the plate and send notifications out to the buyers that are paying their hard earned money for their product that they are in the next 100 or whatever the number would be to receive a notification that they will be able to purchase their graphics card, its not like we are waiting on a 20 dollar set of ink pens we are hoping to purchase a graphics card that cost anywhere fron 500 to 1500 dollars they arent cheap. i love evga i have a 2060 ko ultra and i just put a supernova 850 g+ in my pc. i just wish they would find away to communicate with the consumers on a time frame of when we can be looking for notification.

Good/bad news? The AIB leaks for the AMD cards are showing some surprising results. Really bad ray tracing performance, just barely better than Turing (no surprise there), but ridiculously good rasterization performance - better than the 3080 in one benchmark, even, and the drivers have apparently gone through a ton of iterations with performance gains and are rock solid. A ton of people are suddenly interested in this cards now. If it's priced well and the independent tests confirm the leaked ones (that supposedly come from solid leakers), and especially if stock is much better, AMD's set to draw a whooooole lot of demand away from Nvidia's flaming mess of a launch. Good, Nvidia deserves it after this. Here's hoping they learn a lesson and maybe next time not basically offer their own buttocks on a platter.
 
Jeeeezus, next week is going to be insane. November in general is going to be crazy in the gaming landscape. I'm still set on getting a 3080 so this may be that lucky break I was hoping for after all, especially since I know a ton of people who won't get AMD cards but are tired of waiting for 3080s might jump on the 3070s if availability is good. Fingers crossed, queue might start sprinting starting the first week of November.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that they should lock the spreadsheet and just use it as a tool as it is now (Google should be able to roll back to a version approximately just before the errant edits that occurred overnight).  The diminishing returns from adding late comers to the list, while helpful, is of lesser value as we just need to track approximately where the front of the list is so that we know which day or two-days we need to be especially mindful of F5ing our inboxes.    

Please don't derail the thread again with suggestions like this; every other time it's been pointed out, it's only caused hurt feelings, arguing, and mods to come in and box us behind the ears. Just leave the spreadsheet be and don't talk about it at all, thanks.
