According to my EVGA they have already sent me a notification, but I had never get one.
Check your spam or junk folder in your email. Make sure it's the same email address as the one on your account. If you didn't get it, then contact EVGA and ask them.

I never had problems with multiple EVGA pages opened as long as they were each in different browsers.

The fact we have all been patiently waiting months here but there is 20+ 3080, 3080ti and even hybrids on my local CL for double MSRP makes me want to scream

Not too sure. Those card do show up in the product drop-down, but they might be placeholders. Edit: 1070 isn't there. Probably dummy links then.

Newegg Shuffle full with 3070 TI today too starts at the same time as the queues here. EVGA 08G-P5-3797-KL FTW3 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Video Card $799.99 EVGA 08G-P5-3783-KL XC3 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Video Card $599.99 other manufacture's too...
