On the eve of what is likely the last major NVIDIA gpu launch of the 30 series era, let’s briefly reminisce about what brought us to this point…actually, never mind…it is, in fact, way too soon. I would be in therapy for years if we started dissecting the last approximately nine months of wall sitting…waiting to adopt our gpu; my daughter is already seeking referrals for me. Rather, let me just bend your ear regarding one facet of our journey…the humble, unassuming, usually ubiquitous Auto-Notify Button:
 
                                                                   
It was never supposed to be in the power position of deciding the fate of tens of thousands of gamers and pc enthusiasts. But on October 5, when JacobF stopped sharpening his drawing utensils (in preparation for October 6, a Tuesday) and assembled his team in search of a means to foil scalpers and frustrate bots, the button pulled a  and . We have come to rely on this little gem of an art asset, bemoaning its absence (I am looking at you 3999 product page), and continuously marveling at the sway its modest functionality has had over our lives.
 
If EVGA doesn’t reward it with an emoji of its own for the forums – and soon – that lack of goodwill shall rank high amongst the greatest injustices of this Tech Launch Debacle 2020-2022™ (© NVIDIA 2020-2024). Additionally, I respectfully deman…er…request that said new Auto-Notify Button emoji be revealed live on the EVGA Twitch stream while one of the  to buttons plays in the background (EVGA can afford the public performance fees to ASCAP)…Snoop is a gamer and might even be willing to make an appearance (EVGA could pay him in 3090s). Please EVGA, make it so.
  
As a reminder,  

• Elite members can register for the 3070 Ti queues starting at 6 am PT on Thursday.
• Non-Elite members can join the end of those queues starting at 6 am PT on Friday (each gpu has one North American and one European queue, so the Elites will have a 24 hour head start at the front of the applicable queues).
• The Elite program details are available . If you absolutely, positively must spam your way to JacobF's fan club, please choose some of the threads in the  area of the Forums (here are three good choices: , , and ). 
• Unlike pre-Titanium launches, we are unable to use a "direct link" to the data entry page (aka, the auto-notify page)…now we must click on the button and it shall determine whether we are worthy to proceed.  (As a result, the EVGA servers are likely to be hit even harder by the onslaught Thursday morning than on previous post-queue announcement launches. Don't be discouraged if the website falls down...I fully expect it to be up and down several times Thursday morning; keep at it...you will get in the queue).
• The anticipated links for the 3070 Tis (the “-KL” designation is because they are LHR)…the links will not go live until just before 6 am PT on Thursday:

The Hybrid box had one crinkle and that was from my handling, other box was perfect.

And yes, I did hug them, and that may have caused additional collateral damage…so happy the 3080 Ti is in hand - wicked smart GPU! Lol

Feel like there's a better chance jumping on the newer 3070/3080 TI queues than waiting for the the older queues to catch up.

I believe the original warranty is transferable. However, I do not believe the extended warranty and enhanced/advanced RMA is available to purchase to anyone but the original buyer.

You think that's bad, I gotta be in work by the time EVGA opens up access to the 3070 Ti, and when I checked for the 3080 Ti last week, I couldn't even stay logged in to take advantage of the Elite access.

Is this queue based on the order we signed up for the notifications? or does it randomly select a batch of people who are signed up?
If we click the notify button again now to make sure we are signed up, will that change our place in the queue?
