I managed to get my 3755 ordered today just before the price increase like I had hoped.  Such a relief to finally be done with this adventure.  Best of luck to everyone that is still sitting in the queues.

Ok so not exactly.  They definitely mean something.  It may not be PII, but they mean something.
 
Let me say this about Nick.  You don't have to agree with and that's ok.  Not to share too much about his personal info, but as is pretty obvious, he is from a different country than the US.  He moved here and he's a smart guy.  He has a language barrier and however many years of a cultural barrier.  I hate to say or admit it, but the US is a soft country compared to most others.  We hedge around things, we use sarcasm to hide are scorn, and we typically don't just tell people you're saying things wrong.  We've been too conditioned since at least the 90s to bite our tongues.
 
Nick screwed up and he apparently doesn't realize why.  My advice to Nick is to stop defending it, just apologize and admit that he didn't realize how it would go over.  And honestly we should follow this kind of same advice with other things.  Grammar is messed up, don't be a jerk, but correct it.  As an Arabic linguist so many years ago now, they would tell me in Iraq right away when I was saying stupid things.  All while laughing, but also appreciating the effort.  It helped me be better at communicating.  It also gave me some good laughs.
 
This is the last I will speak on this.  I get the ruffled feathers.  My own personal admission is that after several months of therapy, I learned you don't have to let things bother you if it doesn't help to be bothered by it.  Be kind to yourself.  As an extension, be kind to others.  Don't judge me for realizing I need to talk to someone who has best interest in mind, but isn't my friend.  Honesty advice is good advice if the intent is to be honest.
 
Good luck folks like me who missed this cut off.  We will get our chance one day soon or not so soon.  We're waiting together.  Don't be hard on yourself or lament too much.  It isn't good for you.

Forget the grandfathered prices:  I'll BE a grandfather by the time I get my card (and I'm 33). Nah I'm just kidding. I'm on track to get it in a month or two (or ten). Congratulations to those securing cards! Much patience to those still waiting!

for sure EVGA has been only brand i buy on the green side owned 4 or 5 of there cards over the years.

You're paying for shipping.  Depending where you are and how fast you want it, it can be a little pricey.

from what ive bought on this site, the associate's code usually negates shipping. so yes and no.

i live in uk when my turns come in the queue? will it be shipped to uk from eu.evga if i order. plus will it cost me extra shipping charges as well or not? can i change addres at the time of completing the order?

I wonder if the limited hash rate cards will be put onto a new queue when they launch, or if preference will be given to people already on a queue for the equivalent non-limited card.

I signed up late for the king pin I am number 66 on that list but I was not going to get a discount. So I will wait to next week and hope I get something.
 
Okay a few questions. How do I know what card I am getting the LHR or the older full hashing cards?
 
Most of my customers will want a full featured card and not the watered down LHR models.
 
All I know for sure right now is the 3060 is a slower version.

I listed myself for every card once I figured out how slow this was going to be and only have received 1x 3060 which is slowed on eth (does have a workaround)
 
Since no one seems to know about the queue or how slow or fast it will be.  I have been following since last year. It would be nice to know how can I tell what I will be getting.

No I build rigs for people I do not over charge I have been doing it since 2006 with Mac mini upgrades. I then moved to pc/gamer 2 card rigs since 2012.
 
In a good year I build 20-25 rigs.  This has not been a good year due to lack of gpus.
We are all allowed 1 card of every one listed I only put 3 or 4 cards on the list at first.  Once I realized the list is very slow I put every card on the list. 
  I still do not have an answer to the question I asked when I get a card from the list down the road will it be marked LHR or not.

 
building pc for customer. yet customer dont want LHR.. hmm i wonder what kind of customer is that.. its better if u get a business account with evga/bb/newegg. u would have raining cards to build for your so called "customers"
