I have been in the queue since 9/17 at 1100 and still nothing they can’t be putting much product toward the queue. I haven’t had any notifies and I have 5 products in the queue.

*Sniffs*....ahhhhhhhh there it is......I knew something was missing.....the salty scent in the air ;)
 
I've got *counts on hands.............goes to calendar...........does math* I dunno....however long 10/6 is for the 8957in the queue........I'm just enjoying the ride 'cause life's too short to be negative.

It's like one of those old movies when a jailor throws some scrap of meat or bread into the holding cell full of starving prisoners.  Terrible analogy, but it seems apt at this point.

Nobody can answer that with any certainty.  But given that all of the 3070 XC3 model queues are still back in October or November 2020, it is fair to say that you are months and months away from getting a notification.  Sorry I don't have better news.

Really for me, i want to see that SKU reach December at this point, despite my notify being in very early January  

Urgh c'mon not another straggler day for the 3897... That's all we get since the past FIVE weeks, it barely moved an hour or two... -.-

Don't know if this brightens anyone's day or not, but attached is a list of the last three drops from the Dallas Microcenter. There is a very healthy amount of EVGA product on these lists. Today they had twelve 3090s this morning, possibly a 3070, but I don't have more specifics about today. 
 
I'm hoping this is a good sign that we'll see more action in the queue soonly!!

This is not a good comparison.  There are millions in the DFW metro area, but do they all want a PC GPU?  Na, many probably don't.  Little kids, older folks, many in the middle do not care about GPU availability.  Most who want to game lean on consoles, or are fine with whatever they can get in a laptop.  Micro Centers don't have storage for thousands of GPUs.  It's definitely more promising than no inventory at the lone national retailer that stocks GPUs at their stores.  It's even a better look when you realize that when stock drops for a card here, it's generally 100s of cards.  Might take a few days to get them all claimed, but that is the better news.
 
As a small aside, my daughter hates it when I address her as beltalowda.  I might have to disown her.
