The only card I'm remotely close to is one of the 3060ti's. About an hour or so away. This list be CRAWLING.

I got my second "discontinued" notice from B&H. Was for another Zotac 3080 that they simply never received. Never were actually IN STOCK there. I will be surprised if some EVGA models don't get magically "discontinued" soon, specifically the less-profitable non-ultra models.

Current Temp Rig: Modded cheapo HP SFF gaming PC with AMD Ryzen 3600 + Arctic Freezer 7X, 32GB Crucial DDR4, 512GB NVMe SSD, incoming EVGA 3060 12GB. 400w HP Platinum PSU, 43" Asus XG438Q Gaming Monitor

Varies by SKU, and they're going to go up more than once according to most news places, the prices will increase again sometime in the next 2 months.  At least it's not Newegg prices, $1939 for a 3090 FTW3 Ultra for example.

I see. My understanding was that those that were/are still on queue before the tariff exception expired will still be able to buy the GPU(s) they queued for at the original launch MSRP, is that right? Well until April anyway.

Your google spreadsheet shows this timestamp, but still shows yesterday's movement for this card.

Thanks Brin_.  Good catch.  I hate having to duplicate the sheet every night, but this EVGA forum posts don't allow for tab movement, so it is an exercise in pick the best of the worst spacebar allocations per row.  Whereas the Google Doc form allows tabs and straight columns...so I end up duplicating the sheet each night and tonight...just too tired I guess.

Again, thanks for the proofread! I hate being inaccurate.

As far as we know that is correct yes.  But I expect the prices the site has listed to go up between now & April, so once April hits, people are probably going to be paying even more than the cards are listed for now.

I've gone ahead and removed my notify:

10G-P5-3885-KR     11/4/2020 1:36:42 PM PT    No

Since EVGA sees fit to only mfg the most expensive cards thereby maximizing their profit.  This makes complete sense so I don't hold it against them.  Then they set limits on, "well you got in the queue 5 mo ago, but we're not going to honor the price we told you" and they set a date for that to end that they know will be after they get any stock in most the lower cards (if any).

So while the Queue system was initially seeming like a "customer friendly" kind of fig leaf, it was predicated on knowledge that nVidia would be provided normal stock levels at some point which thus far they have not done.

By the time these queues start serving cards, I'll be able to buy one in a store or likely before that F5ing.  I'll take my chances since waiting never pays off.

Thanks anyway.

As afternoon pushes into evening here in PT, the expected acceleration in progression through the timeline appears to have materialized for the 3090 FTW3 Ultra as it has finally made it through the queue announcement congestion period (today was a small drop, but it blew through the overnight hours).

Elsewhere, modest drops moved the heads of the queues forward through the timeline, but at too slow a pace for my liking. Fridays are typically light on drops and I am not aware of anything to make tomorrow different then the historical norm. But, I will still be tuning into the same Bat-channel...at about the same Bat-time.

As of 5:35 pm PT Thursday evening, January 14, this is the status of the North American queues (bolded font represents movement from the morning of Thursday, January 14; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of movement):

     Card                                     SKU                       Auto-Notify Date/Time
     Ultra
    3080 FTW3 Ultra                   3897                     09/18/2020 17:03:58       (01:27:26)
   3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra               3667                     12/01/2020 06:59:37        (00:00:18)

Almost there for 3080. maybe in the next 2-3 drops I will get mine, yay, finally! the 3060 Ti will wait a bit  but it's fine it's for a friend xD might lend him mine when i am done with some games.

do you guys think the amount of people in the queues is less now? we had that theory before but I guess the slope of less people is too mild?

Yeah I get where you are coming from. I build rigs for gamers as a side hustle.  Everyone wants a new rig with a 3000 series card. I could sell a dozen rigs easy but I can't get cards.  My best shot is the 3060ti's I am 2 1/2 hours out on them.
And I am 20 hours out on a hybrid 3080.  The rest will never come.  I am weeks out on a lot of them.

Am I figuring this correctly?
This is Newts latest que for the 3897
 3080 FTW3 Ultra                   3897                     09/18/2020 17:03:58       (01:27:26)
It shows it has moved 1 hour 27 minutes since the que started for this card
If I understand this correctly that means EVGA has not fulfilled all the orders from the first day of sale.

This is my que:
10G-P5-3897-KR9/29/2020 6:33:59 AM PTNo

If I am understanding this correctly. It has been 4 days short of 4 months since the start of the que and the que has moved less than 1 day. Lets just round up and say it took 4 months to fulfill all of day 1 que. My que is 11 days from the start which means at its current rate It will take 44 months before I see my Que.

What happened to all the Hype that was being talked about the Hybrid cards will move up the que fast, Not one que has been fulfilled
I am only 8 minutes back from the start of the que but since not one order has been fulfilled I wont get notified this year.

This entire situation just blows my mind that you cannot buy any current model Gpu from Nvidia or AMD but somehow and for some reason 20 series cards keep coming in stock. Why are they still making 20 series cards? If the 20 series cards are sold out then back in stock that would mean someone is still manufacturing them somewhere but why?

I dont believe its just a shortage of chips for both Nvidia and AMD, there must be something the public is not aware of.

Yup welcome to this ridiculous mess and good luck getting a card this year at this rate, it's been like that for the past 4 months and likely won't change for the next 6-12 months to come for sure... Don't listen to people that keep saying that eventually it will ramp up and magically go faster: it won't. They've been saying that for months now, and for months the queue has been moving on average 1-2 hours a week (even less sometimes) for the FTW3. The only confirmed reality is that it's slow as hell and won't change anytime soon.

It's bad but not that bad.  People didn't sign up for the queue in a nice orderly even spaced fashion so how many people are in a "chunk" of time is variable.  So EVGA has yet to work their way through Day 1 for some queues because a crap ton of people signed up on that first day.  So crap ton of people at the 1 minute mark, crap ton of people at the 2 minute mark etc...  But that mad dash of people signing up isn't constant.  You're 11 days out and there are an unknown (to us at least) number of people in front of you but we're all pretty confident that the biggest clusters of people are at the earliest and then it thinned out over time (at least at the start).  So even though there's no way for us to know I'm pretty sure that there are a LOT less people on day 5 than day 1, and that there might be less in day 6 than day 5 etc..  That's why we'll see queue time movement be this crazy slow slog moving minutes/seconds and then it appears to pick up speed over time.  The most recent 3090 Hybrid(edit: sorry 3090 FTW3 Ultra) queue is a perfect example.  That thing moved almost 10hrs in one drop.  Not because EVGA managed to make a billion of those cards but because they made enough cards to get through 10hrs worth of people at that section of the queue (which presumably weren't nearly as many as those clustered at the earliest times of other queues)

Not quite. It moved 1 hour and 27 minutes yesterday, not in total. The italicized parenthetical reflects movement since the last weekday morning. Says it in the preface to the table. But, yes, the queues are still moving way too slowly for my liking.

So, in the almost 4 months of this launch, the timeline has moved almost 1.5 days. Woot?!?

This is my que:

If I am understanding this correctly. It has been 4 days short of 4 months since the start of the que and the que has moved less than 1 day. Lets just round up and say it took 4 months to fulfill all of day 1 que. My que is 11 days from the start which means at its current rate It will take 44 months before I see my Que.

This is an incorrect assumption.
Remember that the hype and pressure will always be in the first minutes.
That means in the first day or so, most people will have hammered the server to get a queue. So there is a potential to have thousands in the first seconds. (density)
then it will start to dwindle and normalize.

To resume, the first minutes and hours of the queue are going to be the slowest. Because everyone lined up in the first minutes to get in the queue as fast they could.

So, in the almost 4 months of this launch, the timeline has moved almost 1.5 days. Woot?!?

Actually, more like two days, right? Since the notify button went live on the 16th? Woo hoo!

Not that long, like 3 weeks for the initial batch then they opened up the queue back a month later. There are two main issues with the current run that I'm noticing that makes it feel even longer.

1) The day/time was announced prior so alot of people flooded in to get their spots secured. This made a "top-heavy" section more or less of a crap ton of people in the first few mins. This has more or less been resolved to a degree as the FTW is just under 5 mins out and the XC3 is just under 10 mins.

2) This issue is probably the bigger problem, they haven't had much drops for these. We will soon approach 4 weeks now with no drops of these cards. They stopped just before Christmas and won't resume until next week from what Jacob has said.
