I love it when people complain about the spam on the spreadsheet then they create more spam My eyes hurt now so I am going back to work and wait on my notification. 
Thanks EVGA for doing this notification queue because I would probably not see a card until 2021 at the earliest.

EVGA hasn't stated one way or the other.  The expectation is, however, that they will aggregate the auto-notifies from EU accounts and place them into the EU queue system. It is all speculation, however, until EVGA announces the program.

No. EU gets nothing, almost bo stock anf certainly no queueing yet. They are " working on it " and have " No ETA " but they " hope to have more news soon ".
It has been that answer for 2 weeks at least so I wouldn't count on EU having a queueing before December or 2021. You're doomed to watch US gets their notification and cards rolling and been treated as premium citizens while all other countries (except Canada that can still order on NA store) is basically considered useless customers. At least, that's the feeling of many people here that aren't in US / Canada.

For what it's worth, it's still pathetically slow for us "premium citizens," and our realistic options are pretty slim (Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, and Microcenter for the lucky few) with randamo exceptions for AIBs that are self-selling (Zotac). On the contrary, the EU has quite a larger pool of stores that are the prime tech vendor, usually within a particular region or country, that also set across full EU vendors. For example, some people on reddit were just talking about a vendor that ONLY ships in Germany, so if you weren't German, SOL. Likewise, while it's difficult to have any real sense, it seems like way more cards overall are being obtained in the EU with the exception of FE and EVGA cards.
 
FE is because Nvidia gave EU the middle finger, though it's not as if throwing the stock at Best Buy did us Americans any favors. In EVGA's case, please remember that they are a U.S. company. Many vendors only service their local country (or countries), or at least prioritize them, and that seems to be the case here. Considering the limited stock and this fact, it's really not a surprise that the situation is as it is. Honestly, even if they set up a queue with EU, all that would happen is that the line for everyone would slow down every more, and we're already crawling 10 minute spans a week.
 
I understand your frustration, but there's nothing really shocking about how they're handling things in regards to regions.

1) EU has more stores but they get way less cards, you can count them on your hands. Also, if they sent more cards they are probably lost at sea or in space seeing how long it takes for people to move up in their ordered awaiting line at retailers. 
2) Navigating to the other countries store can be a mess and VAT can be way higher than your country and that's not even counting the inflated price. To my knowledge only Amazon sells at MSRP provided they would have stock.  A 3080 FTW3 Ultra is 1300$ in France (1100€) instead of its normal price of 850€ (1000$). 30% higher than MSRP. And these are the prices for retailers that seem to get some " regular " stock considering how big they are. 
 
3) US Location has almost nothing to do with it. Factories are Taiwan based same as MSI, Asus, Gigabyte and maybe other brands and shipped from there to reach either US or EU, so it's a conscious choice to send most stock to US rather than EU when they book the planes / boats for their stock.
 
4) There's more market (1/3 more people in EU than in US, and even more than that if you take into account UK and other countries that are served by the EU Store like Middle East / African countries) and margin to make in EU : 790$ for US against 840$ (VAT Excluded) for EU. That's 50$ more a EU customer has to pay that EVGA directly benefits from (or in this case not since they focus on US). EVGA doesn't benefit from the whole card's price since they have to pay the chips and components etc but if I remember correctly Linus spoke of AIB margins and how small they are, so if they get 150$ margin per card (that's made up but probably not far from reality since they might get even less) those 50$ are 1/3 more margin they choose not to get. That's not a small bargain to make.


5) Other brands (which I'll probably get considering how faster they are than EVGA in EU) are sending easily four times what EVGA is sending to EU : it's not hard if EVGA sends like 5 cards to some shops (at least from people waiting in line that seems to be dozens of cards at most) so 4 times would be 20 cards. Which is still abysmally low in EU while I see US Queueing rolling cards.
 
6) I'm not saying that you guys in US don't have any trouble, I'm saying it's possible to get one fast provided you were lucky enough to sign notification right away at launch. Which is way better than what is available in EU right now.
 
7) Despite stock issues, they could still just implement the queueing system at least. It took them about a week or less to code it and put it on NA Store, while EU is getting the same " No ETA but hope more news soon " since at least 2 weeks (probably 3 now tbh).
Not the first time either, at launch day EU Store charged a double VAT, many of us didn't bought anything because of that, took them more than a week to fix it. That says a lot when your own prices for launch day aren't even right and people have to wait or choose pay an extra (that isn't an extra but an issue / bug) to how they don't care much about EU. I don't even know if people who were double charged partially refunded the difference with the normal VAT price, but I sure would hope so considering it's illegal to double charge VAT.

" => Jacob said production ramps up more and more each day / week so it wouldn't necessarily result in lower stock for US. I'd be asking to stop giving EU only crumbs, if it result in US getting less stock I'm sorry but that would only be the consequence of their choice to prioritize US first for more than a month. 
 
9) They can't please everyone but they sure can try to do their best. The best way for their EU customers would be more transparency and honesty, the same ones they had when the 1080 had VRM issues and how they handled with grace this issue. It's what made me like them even more than before.
Right now, I'm not feeling heard or cared about but rather like a little boy to whom parents don't want to tell a bad news because they feel he can't take it. We are grown customers and we can sure hear bad news like " No EU Store stock before December " at least it would be a proof of respect and way clearer for any EU customer. And put that queueing in place to show that you care at least a bit about EU, it's the minimum to show they haven't forgotten EU and don't intend to let down people (which they already did partially but trust and love can be regained if you put enough effort for it.)
 
With all that being said, I do hope that US gets more stock soon. We need more stock worldwide regardless to where it goes (as it will mean more cards in EU from other brands if EVGA doesn't want to give more stock there).

Just stopping in on a break from work.. and apparently it's yet another day with no emails sent out so far? That's just 6 of the RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultras and only one RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra since last Wednesday according to the spreadsheet. I think when they said ramping up, they meant drying up. lol. Crazy. Back to work, bye.
