@lol999:  If you are talking about Computer Universe in Germany and Austria, then they are an authorized reseller in the EU.  If they are any worse as far as pricing than the other EU authorized resellers, https://eu.evga.com/products/wheretobuy.aspx, don't buy from them.
 
If EVGA is required to contractually sell to them, you could ask the EVGA Europe office in München about any "reasonable price, territory, and customer restrictions" they may have on contracts in the EU.  They probably won't divulge that information though, but it never hurts to ask.

in fact, this is good business. Buying cheap from EVGA/Gigabyte and so and selling for double or triple is good business.
 

I signed up for an auto notify for a RTX3090 XC3 Ultra Gaming, 24G-P5-3975-KR on 2nd Feb 2021 and still not had a notification yet, how much longer will I have to wait

Quick question if anyone knows, I asked in the Hybrid Coolers forum awhile ago.
 
So I installed the Hybrid Kit on the 3080TI FTW3 Ultra and I'm under the impression I'm supposed to install the Hybrid firmware that Jacob posted in December. When I try it says that "No display adapters were found that are compatible with this update. Does this mean that I don't need to flash firmware or am I doing something wrong?

You have the wrong bios, there were no 3080 Ti cards in December. Go here and get the newest bios.

its going to show a mismatch whether it's the right one or not because it's not the bios that came with that sku technically.

Not with the newest bios installers, they are made to override.

Ohh nice! Maybe I'm old school (for sure old) but I prefer using nvflash stand alone.

yeah, X1 installed a new firmware as soon as I booted up but everything seems to be running fine and my x1 shows the hybrid instead of the aircooled

Maybe I missed it, but what are the chances of going back on the KL queue to the KR? Or is there low/no chance of them even stocking KR's for those sku's at this point? 

I think you can go back to the KR queue on your notifies, but you are gambling at that point because there is no indication Nvidia is going to start pumping out those chips again.

For most users the KL is basically the same as the KR. The KL has a modified chip that causes it not to mine crypto as efficiently, if you have no plan to do so with your card then I would stay in the KL queue as they have been moving much faster. I just got the notification that the 3888 and 3898 have moved to the KL which I'm fine with as it hopefully means they will start moving again.

+1 , I don't these KR queues will get any update, this is the whole point of the LHR cards.

I no longer discuss KL vs KR as I will only be buying KR 3090 cards  as They will be the best long run value to own.

Considering the limited lifespan ETH has as GPU minable crypto... I don't see it mattering in the long run, or even in the near future. I honestly think people getting hung up in the KR vs. KL debate are being pedantic, they had intentions of mining ETH right now or they intended to scalp them to miners. But it doesn't really matter since ETH 2.0 is on the horizon. And if they keep pushing it back, ASIC's will come in and push GPUs out of the market anyways.
