I was finally able to get through the checkout process. I am glad It was an FTW I was able to get. I wasn't panicking but am just annoyed by the site. I'm glad EVGA is doing it this way. They have been my favorite company for almost 14 years. I've never recommended anyone over EVGA but the site is so bad it's always annoyed me.

It finally worked. Thanks for the help. I was not able to change my information like address, phone number, etc. in my account in the checkout process after it finally stopped giving me that error then about 30 minutes later I came back to try again and it let me change my info. The other thing was when I finally hit the final place order or whatever button it kinda flashed a window and sat on the same page, nothing changed. I looked and no email or anything so I hit it again and it said I had already purchased my limit so I checked my accounts and it was there and accepted. Paid and getting ready to ship tomorrow I guess.

I'm so glad you are releasing new stock this way though. Glad you guys did something to make this whole experience a little better. At least this way I knew I was gonna get a card when I took the time to try and buy one. I should have just waited for a Hydro Copper or whatever which I know is coming but EK is releasing coolers for the FTWs mid December and I can't resist modding it myself anyway.

I hope that wasn't the only shipment of XC3 ultras this week , there is no denying that XC3 aren't being prioritized (evidence of how many more ftw emails are sent out) and I know Jacob says that all models are being produced by at what rate?

Oh well what else can we do, I'm now curious about the Navi card now this close to the 28th. Here is hoping AMD has something really good so stock normalizes for all gpus if more cards come out.

If you only saw how many people tweet Jacob a question, you'd realize that question has been asked and a many many more.  He's answering what he can and he has already answered your question about the 3090.  More coming the rest of the week.  Unknown if it's a large batch as today was the large batch, but some more are coming at least.

Everything's pointing to it, but we'll have to see. Their ray-tracing solution is going to basically be useless, which isn't a big deal because few developers have even implemented Nvidia's, but not having anything like DLSS is the big weight on their backs atm. As for pure rasterization, it seems they will get very very close to the 3080 in performance. Coupled with the fact that they're tripling down on driver issues because of last launch, and this may be the turning point for actual competition in the future. Availability should be better too, but who knows how that will work out to.
 
If people have an easily accessible alternative, then it'll be a pressure release valve for the 3080, which will scare the scalpers and keep the from buying cards for reselling since people would rather go down in price for minor performance lost than up in price for a secondhand card. The 3070 launch will hopefully do the same. Fingers crossed that the queue really picks up in early November. I mean, we're getting close to my spot on the morning of the 17th but yeesh 3 weeks to get through an hour has me scared.

You might be in the wrong market if youre on a budget 

For those wondering about the shortage in general I saw an interesting video from Moore's law is dead.  From the video: it seems there will be a 20GB 3080 for around $1,000 which is a nice compromise IMO between the 3080 and 3090, and a definitive response to Big Navi.  Don't forget Nvidia is also responding to consumer conception (general Desktop user = more ram is better performance!). 
 
My only hope that is that the rumors are actually true so we can blow thru the rest of the queue in the next 2 weeks.  
 
Really appreciate EVGA being the leader in combating the bot problem.  There's a definite comfort knowing it'll be my turn one day, even if we don't know exactly when that day is.

You might want to take another closer look at the times on the tabs for each card.  For example the 3080 FTW3 Ultra.  They are completely different names and notify list times. and i dont mean just the seconds.

 
This is why some of us have been trying to remind people not to treat the spreadsheets as anything more than a rough idea of how things are trending.  The spreadsheet may only show 20 people in a 10 minute window, but there may actually be 200 or 2000. 
It'll let you know what time was the last reported notification email, so you can get an idea the speed its moving, but dont trust that what you see is representative of where you are in line.  It's saddening when people make post about how they want ${number} more cards to ship so they can get theirs, because that's about the number they see ahead of them in the spreadsheet.
