philipma1957Many people have much cheaper power costs so the card earns more likes 5 a day after power in 6 months you have 900 back and in 8 months you have 1200 back.

All this farms become pumpkins when Eth will be upgraded from Proof-of-Work to Proof-of Stake. Hopefully it will happen soon and market will be flooded with used graphics cards.
 

Its been a long time since I heard that change is coming but it never happened.  More over one of the reasons nvidia has released miningonly  cards with no display ports is to prevent such flooding having any impact.  More than mining or any thing it is the companies which are the problem, we need more companies producing chips.  Only two companies building gpu & cpu is what is causing more harm than anything else.

Thanks for the PSA! Completely missed that the season 3 was out.

I love the show, but actually having followed Formula 1 during the previous season, they left a lot of HUGE things out and built up random drama. I guess nothing unexpected, but if you enjoy the show, I would recommend doing a little further digging into the previous season and seeing some of the crazy things that happened! :)

 
I am actually bummed that I missed watching the first race of the 2021 season (I've never said that before). I am ok with the stories....  Sports is about narrative, full stop.  Anybody can look at stats and spreadsheets (trust me on that one), but to understand the undercurrents -- big and small -- and understand why a mid-pack battle for one spot has real implications for both drivers and teams...that is compelling. That is entertainment.  Anyway, back to waiting....

Oh I’ve been following F1 since 1986, so I’m looking forward to the added drama in the show to poke fun at 🤣.

It’s been really low key on Amazon Prime, but they quietly released “Alonso” sometime last summer in case you’re interested.

Well, good luck all for today’s drops. My 3898 request date is in February, so I’m thinking “~2 months done, 8 more to go...”

Oh! My apologies! I feel like F1 isn't SUPER popular here in the states so normally everyone I talk to is like "...what is that?" I really hope you enjoy it then! But yeah, you'll have plenty of fun with them acting like Sainz and Norris hated each other xD I'm just heartbroken that they did my boy George Russell dirty and gave him a total of maybe 30 seconds screen time. They didn't even really mention him in Sakhir, the Williams family leaving the team, or Hulkenburg AT ALL. Crazy to me :O

I actually missed the first race too due to a work commitment, but I watched it as soon as I get home and what a race! I'm okay with the stories too, I just feel like they missed out on some of the crazy ones. You're absolutely right though, the stats don't tell the full story! That mid-field fight was one of the best things about last season and I can't wait for it to continue this season. I hope you enjoy the show and this season! :)

Don't know if it applies to Newegg but I know some retailers are getting squeezed by Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, etc with a "Well, we'll send you twenty GPUs but you have to buy thirty PSUs (and/or motherboards, cases, etc) to go with them".   Which, from the manufacturers' perspective, I'm sure it's harder to sell motherboards and power supplies when so many people are preaching "This is a terrible time to build a PC" so they're trying to dump them.  So it all goes downhill and settles on consumers who are forced to agree to buying a crap PSU just to have a razor thin chance at buying a 3070.

Interesting.  The 3987 has definitely dropped today, but this would be a first -- if it somehow made it to 11/9 but skipped you.  I've not seen that before, full stop.  You might send a tweet @EVGA_JacobF....

Yes, NA and I check multiple times a day; still states NO, lol

Estimated position of 3987 is 10/26/2020 correct? So you're still 2 days out (however that's top tier 3090 territory so queue movement should be by leaps and bounds on that one so 2 days out isn't nearly as disheartening as a 3080 queue)
 
EDIT: Ok now i see what you all are talking about.  An 11/09 notify would be cause for concern.
