To get 4000 to work you'll most likely need to tweak your vsa & vccio voltages to 1.25v - 1.35v.

I got mine to work without any tweaking.

 
What does your motherboard set the voltages to for 4000?

Well now my system is running 32gb in dual but still can't get 4000 mhz ... stuck 3600 if i try load my profil get crash if i try get higher than 3600 crash ... please someone help me ?

i dont ge it ... why jesus christ i can't run mine in 4000 mhz ! i gonna try you'r setting whit my 32gb

With the highest setting you can get stable post your bios screen shot. With a thumb drive plugged into the motherboard press F12 and a screen shot of the bios will be saved to the drive. Get us the upper part of the page with the memory settings and a shot of the lower part of the CPU settings where all the voltages are
 
You will have to change the scaling size of the image as the default is to big to post directly here (if you try to do a direct upload to the forum) or have them hosted elsewhere. I set the size too 1024x768 and save as jpg

When you said the Highest setting you mean Memory ram ? i put everying in auto except the mhz number and my max stable whitout crash is 3600 ( sometimes work , sometimes not )

i gonna screen everything and feed back

I see. can you post pictures of your bios settings & CPU-Z.

Change it to XMP#1 and hit f10 to reboot your system.

not being able to load my xmp profile is why ... i create this topic in generaly. So .... yeah ofc i try it ....   XD

So like said Sajin : vsa & vccio to 1.25v - 1.35v
Save and exit :
Result : ( nothing happens after reboot the values have not changed )
 
So i try to set manuel and not auto ( the cpu multiplier controler ) so same manipulation about vsa and vccio  and cpu Vdroop to disable + set the oc to 4.7 and  change the 3600mhz  too 4000 mhz ... and crash !
i really wonder what 's going on ...

This is private video i did it right now for cpu z .

@Mopardart like i said I try to load my profile XMP1 several times and crash with error c14 always ...
i try manuel ... and load ofc my profile xmp 1
I just forget to said my error when i try to load, ( or set manually  )  i get this  : C14

@Mopardart how to fix that .. ? : / in auto the cpu is in this value ( i guess i will check again )
