Well, I got my notify and purchased my card, so thats that

EDIT: interestingly, I got my notify yesterday at 1:53pm EST, and it said I have 20 hours to purchase. The email went to my junk folder, I did not see it until today 11:30ish AM EST, so technically 21 hours after the email was sent. still was able to complete the order when I clicked the link in the email.

my time into the queue was 1/11/2022 6:10:45 AM PT and my EVGA score is 90

There is a discrepancy between the email form and new Queue 3.0 rules, where it clearly states we now have 24 hours to purchase.

A) Guess I shouldn't have deregistered old products
2) It's disappointing the score doesn't take member longevity into consideration.

De-registering old products will not remove points, if they were eligible to earn points.

Thanks.

Wouldn't surprise me if the email was one of those things that slipped through the cracks.  Lots of things to update.  The programming should allow for 24 hours.  We'll fix that.

Is it possible they will email ELITE members when new "drops" are available to sign up?

we should all have received an email for the 3080 12gb it seems but not many did, I didn't!

It seems they "EVGA" are just not answering why a few got notified and cards and a lot did not.
Now what I am really worried about is when the 3050 comes out we wont be able to get that
either. I'm wondering why even have a Queue just email the folks you want to sell too.

The email you are referring to was our standard newsletter, which we will usually send out after a product launches.  There were no EVGA Elite emails announcing the product, and especially no emails announcing the product in advance.

Please tell me if my order will go through or I have another chance. . I have been charged to my debit card already but no confirmation on order status.
I have checked my Credit Union account and it shows that money has been pulled already.
I placed the order after receiving a Email from your member program 'Special Queue 3.0' for the 'RTX 3090 Kingpin' this morning 4 hours before the 20 hour deadline.
When I went to check out the Order went through using Affirm credit option of about $840 and remaining on credit card for approximately $1400.

Try checking the "My Orders" in your My EVGA tab. This may alleviate some stress..

Heya, there is no score on my profile at all, where and how can I see it ?

Scores will go live tomorrow.  We wanted to give people 24 hours(+) to have a chance to register products they might have been putting off.  You will be able to find them on the My EVGA page.

So doesn't this system actually benefit those that register 15+ of their EVGA cards they use for mining? Wont customers that have less items registered to their account be negatively affected since they haven't been able to purchase cards like those that were making multiple fake accounts to cheese the original queue?

Yeah, something seems off about this new "system". Most people that are trying to wait in the darn queue are the ones that don't have GPUs to begin with, so now they're being de-prioritized in favor of people who have already bought pallets of cards likely through the usage of bots? What happened to the "people who haven't bought any GPUs before will be prioritized" rule? This seems very backwards and unfair towards people who haven't needed to buy 20 different GPUs or people who haven't been on the forums since like 2011.

If this new system truly works like this then it's rigged to the highest degree. I thought EVGA was supposed to be the one on our side, not the one backstabbing us!

Feels like the que for the 3080 12gb was not exactly fair and transparent.   I'm very dissappointed in EVGA's roll out.   EVGA reps feel free to contact me if you have a good explanation why the need for covert type of roll out.   I would also ask that you correct the issue and try again, and allow elite members to que then non elite que so we can move forward with some consistency.

Total speculation on my part, but I view the Tuesday limited window as a test case.  EVGA needed a reasonably sized cohort to test out the Queue 3.0 prioritization rules.  Had they advertised it and then had everybody crush the servers (and only a limited set get registered), there would be even more outrage.  I am confident that when they do reopen the registrations for the 3080 12gb, they will do the RIGHT THING and make the first 24 hours Elite Members only. There is no downside for them to handle it that way...these are folks that, generally speaking, are trying to do the right thing by the community.  But what do I know...I am just a gamer waiting on the wall like the rest of us...I could have eaten a bad marshmallow in my breakfast smore's and be completely hallucinating.

I would like people to read the "Notice" part near the end of the Queue 3.0 page, just above the FAQ, if you haven't.  Spoiler - don't expect the Queue 3.0 to stay exactly the same.  We are tweaking parts of the program, looking at the parts that worked as expected, the new problems that manifest after going through a first run of the program, and other unexpected things that can only be learned from pushing a new program live.  For example, most of you have seen members who are receiving an error message (that they shouldn't get) when trying to sign up for the queue; we're working to fix that currently and also clean up the My Notifies page. The feedback and critiques from the community are also things that we are reviewing for ways we can improve.

The Queue 3.0 will likely see some changes over the next few weeks.  Not "burn it down and rebuild" changes, but some small tweaks as we work towards finishing the way everything works.  The next part after that will be to update the Queue 3.0 explanation page if there are areas that have changed or need clarification.

This whole thing has been very disheartening. I have been evga exclusive on mobos and gpus since a bad incident with asus for years and years now. I have been in queue since september 2010 for 3 different cards. No notifications. They announce that some of the cards are manufactured in lower amounts so if you have those queued, you should switch your queue to one of the more regularly made cards. I try and get my queue switched to those, too late, didnt do it fast enough. queue 3.0 comes along, i go to sign up, still too slow.

3 years ago I won a new mobo and was hoping to upgrade my system and i couldn't get a video card. after a year of patient waiting they told me to waitlist my 3 preferred cards and wait. 2 years of more patient waiting, still no card in hand.  TWO motherboard revisions have come and gone since I started trying to get a 3000 card. I've since sold the z490 and bought a z590, and now here comes the z690s and i still dont have a card. and im not trying to get some monster 3080 12gb either. id be perfectly happy with a 3070 or 3060. but even three years of waiting hasn't gotten me the opportunity to buy one. Meanwhile there's multiple posts of people updgrading from their 3080 10gbs to 12 gbs. I'm tired and worn down with stanning a company that seems to care so little for my business.

Hello Everyone,

Today marks the beginning of EVGA Queue 3.0.  To learn more about it, please visit:

I assume this will be applied to the RTX-3050 launch, right? I hope they really prioritize people without GPUs since it just doesn't seem fair to have people that have dozens of cards to get put higher then those with none at all.

Already checked the order status at the time I ordered which was zero. This was 30 minutes after I ordered and 10 minutes after I noticed my bank account was charged. ALso the people at AFFIRM have told me my Loan ID number and that EVGA needed to process my order still. Bottom line is if you get chosen and you follow the rules and directions you should not get ignored.

Hello there, I have been trying for several months to get a 3070 Ti, I am still using a PC that is more than a decade old and was hoping to finally upgrade (unsuccessfully)

I got hopeful when I read about Queue 3.0 but when I go to

it is still saying everything is disabled for my account.

Did 3.0 already fill up too quickly?  Or did I get discriminated against because my EVGA score is too peasant-like?  Thanks very much for your help!

It is stripping evga.com (their own domain) from my message, I was trying to link to the 3070 Ti section!

@evgatech_lee

I did not have my invoices uploaded for two cards (from prebuilts I bought for the kids) I registered and thus have a Score of 0 :(

I am fixing that now. My question is... will my change in score (on Feb 1) dynamically re-sort my priority within Queue 3.0 for an existing card I've queued for... or... only apply to a new card I queue for from Feb 1 onward?

Assume the latter but would be nice to understand.

Thank you.

Bestbuy and the newegg shuffle also exist...

Or Microcenter if living close to one.

B&H has a wait list as well and does a very good job notifying the status - either good or bad.

How do I sign up to the notify system? I’m on the my evga notifies page and it won’t let me add anything. Really wanted to set up a notify for the 3050

Edit: i only just found out recently that my only 1050ti qualified me for elite membership from a friend of mine. So I’m pretty new to the site

Obviously this Queue 3.0 is a joke you had 24hrs to get in "I guess" I never got an email so it seems
to be selective to "special people" whatever that is IDK this is the goofiest queue.
Good luck if you think your going to get a 3050 when that comes out, not unless your "special people"...

No, not even 24 hours. It closed in 90 minutes. It opened quietly, people who monitor stock/discord/social media and any other common tools used by scalpers were able to sign up, and then 90 minutes later, it closed.
Where is the promised 24 hours? Where is the deprioritization of timing?
