I became an Elite Member by purchasing a product, but I do not know how to put my name on a list for a video card. Is there a way to put my name on the list for a video card at this point?

Not until the queues open. Just follow the forums , EVGA, and tech news. NVIDIA will have an official release date and time for any new cards. There are supposedly some coming up soon. As far as all the cards that have been released already, those queues are closed until EVGA can fulfill them. We have no idea when or if they will reopen.

Not until they open the notification button(s) again. Keep monitoring the site is all I can suggest. 3080 12GB was open for registering for about 90 minutes the other day, but obviously it filled up pretty quick. Apparently it will be reopening from time to time as stock comes in. The 3050 is expected soon if that's what you're after.

I also got notified 22 hours after the latest queue was closed why did EVGA even bother sending an email. The queue was only open for 90 minutes Silly stuff going on here." I had several other que's pop during the last 3 years, but due to financial situations I didn't buy (nor did I need) every card. In the beginning when we had unlimited que's I signed up for EVERYTHING. I passed on most of them, but could've been a jerk and bought/scalped them. At the time myself, nor did my family members have the money for them, and honestly didn't know it would turn into the shortage we are all constantly facing. I received me 3080 FTW3 14DEC2020, before we knew it would hit the fan, so I just got lucky. I was only in the que for 3 months at that time. Everything since (After passing on many prior) has been a year or more now. I'm basically back in line on Black Friday like many others. That's how I look at it anyways.....

EU store has no notifies for 3080 12gb currently - was it only enabled for a short time or has it never had any and just US? Do I need to keep store open and now spam F5 constantly?

According to the website I have 0 evga score so this is kinda BS.
It's anything that has been registered to you in the last 3 years. If you removed the registration because you resold it, I would assume those points won't count. From my understanding, it a combination of a lot of things. Blue Ribbons (helpful on the forums), EVGA Bucks from Folding@home (Promotion has since been removed)/Associate sales, participating in contests, etc. Having a low score isn't a bad thing. It's not about having the most points. The way I'm understanding it is that you're put in a certain group of folks with similar scores, that excludes those with high scores since they are put into the same group as themselves. Each group than gets a certain amount of GPUs and those GPUs get prioritized to those that haven't got a 3000 series GPU yet, etc. The guys who are in queue for one but already got a GPU will be put before those who haven't got one. Hope that clears it up a bit.

@Heliocon: Here is the link for the 3.0 information: https://www.evga.com/support/queue3/. Go to "EVGA Score" (little more then half way down) and under that read "EVGA Purchases" which explains a lot of what you are asking. In that section is this "Points from registered products count for three years from the date of purchase." Hope this helps.

I think the safe bet would be to start checking the page for the 3090ti on the 25th or 26th, since the official Nvidia release is the 27th (I think that's what I've seen)

Nvidia calls the shots. No AIB like EVGA will release something prior to the NDA, presuming the NDA ends on release day like they usually do. EVGA sometimes releases stock days later or weeks sometimes. All depends. Just make sure you guys are have checked out their email notifications under your profile tab.

This is something our programming team is actively working on. I don't have an ETA when it will be fixed, however.

I was passed up in the new system the other day. I have received other cards from the que and have a 231 score. Having said that, it's no big deal on getting passed. I'm just trying to get a couple more cards for my sons-in law. Seems to be working mostly as intended. Hopefully this helps get cards to others.

Hearing that the 3090 Ti production has been "paused" is a bit of a gut punch. But, then again, a card that consumer 1000W...kind of hard to justify it. I sure Jensen will reveal all in time...he'll just need a bigger spatula collection.

Thanks, that makes sense. I saw the EVGA email maybe 2-3 hours after it was sent. It was probably closed within the first 15 minutes. The 3080 12GB XC3 queue did not open right away with the FTW3 queue. I joined for the FTW3 and a few mins later the XC3 queue opened up, but I was already registered for one of the same chipset, so it wouldn't allow me to sign up for it. The auto-notify button was not available for the XC3 when the FTW3 one was there initially.
