EVGA's new software has no affiliation with Unwinder (as I assume you know). So, no, RTSS is not needed and should be uninstalled for software conflict reasons. Interestingly, you have both Precision X 16 and RTSS installed (and maybe Afterburner also?) and are complaining about bugs. You clearly should fix your software conflicts before making bug reports.

although you may be right about the software conflicts I'm not the only one reporting those issues.
so do all those guys have also MSIA and RTSS installed?
I payed attention to reload everything MSIA relevant prior to installing and starting PrecisionX 16.
I don't want to change a working configuration without being sure the new one works.
anything wrong with that?

Yes, there's a good chance that many people have MSI Afterburner, RTSS, and Precision installed at the same time. There is also a good chance that some of those people are having problems as a result. I recommend that the user fixes that issue before making a bug report because that is a NVAPI software conflict which is not a bug of any specific software.

They both use NVAPI and will conflict eachother. Only use one or the other; never both. As stated in that reply linked above, I would recommend doing the full uninstall of both, reboot, do a driver reinstall using the custom -> clean install method, and then only install PX16 or MSIA.

I definitely don't have RTSS installed. I do however have EVGA's OC Scanner installed. I presume this should be ok?

Also dude, we're all here trying to help each other. Maybe learn how to respond to someone without sounding like a complete douchbag!! There's a way of saying things and there's a way of not. Your response was the latter!

First of all, I was not addressing you, so I am not sure why you are so upset.

Secondly, it was a fast authoritative response. If you want me to be wishy-washy and give a vague friendly response with the same underlying message, you will have to wait for someone else to reply.

Everything seems to be working properly now that I have the settings figured out.
 
A couple things I'd like to see changed are in the monitoring settings.  I'd like to be able to re-arrange the order of the monitoring graphs from the default.  I'd also like to be able to change the default max value's.  Example: The Framerate's max value is 100.  I'd like to be able to increase it.  I see that I can overwrite the value, but it doesn't stay.  Close it out and go back in to look at it, and it's back to 100.
 
Neither of these things are causing issue's and work fine as they are.  Just something I think myself and others might find useful in a future release.

Cannot download, site under construction, bad planning?

ive been looking around and tried my self but i cant figure out how to get the on screeen display to work. any help would be great.

Same thing here - no OSD in any game! Tried assigning OSD to GPU as well as hotkeys, but nothing works. Tried in BioShock Infinite, Battlefield 3 & 4, COD Ghosts, NFS Rivals & Most Wanted and Metro Last light. Metro Last Light is SUPER demanding on the GPU, but my EVGA GTX 780 Ti runs it flawlessly everything maxed out at 1920 x 1200. Also, the font on everything in Precision is tiny. Anyways, EVGA: please fix OSD and other bugs. Thanks.

I'm beginning to wonder if I should just download the thing via Steam and dance the Steam/PrecisionX waltz instead of trying to get the stand-alone package here.  It's been hours now and the links still give "Site Under Construction."

But, I just tried those links under IE (instead of Chrome) and they worked fine (still don't work in Chrome, though).  I have no idea why a difference in browser would give an "Under Construction" message.  I could see it not working at all, but not that message.
 
So, anyway, if you can't download, try another browser.

In Chrome, refresh the page a few times. It sounds like you are seeing a cached page instead of a live page. Chrome can be pretty persistent about caching and if refreshing a few times doesn't seem to refresh the cache, try incognity mode to see the real live page instead of a cached page.

I believe that's a list of everything that Framerate monitoring is excluded from.

Hang on if that's a list of everything that Framerate monitoring is EXCLUDED from, why is bf3.exe, bf4.exe and bf4_x86.exe in there? Surely you WANT to include those in monitoring? Checked my Precision X 16 server settings and I've got all 3 .exe files listed in there too.

Well would you adam and eve it!! Removed BF4.exe and BF4_x86.exe from in there and immediately I could see the OSD in game!! Not sure if this is coincidence, and  they've been doing something on the back end, (EVGA site has been down for some time), but all of a sudden it's started working fine.
 
Going to restart to see if it holds.
 
EDIT - Definitely the above. After the restart I was a bit gutted cause I went back to NOT having OSD showing in BF4. So I opened the Precision X 16 server software again, and BF3.exe, BF4.exe and BF4_x86.exe were back in there. Removed them, and hey presto OSD started working again. I've assigned INSERT as my toggle button and that works perfectly to toggle OSD on and off. Looks like a very easy fix for them to simple patch their Precision X 16 server software and remove those 3 .exe files. Problem solved.

Can someone please help me?  I am trying to get the OD to work, but nothing comes up on any game that I play.  I've checked all the settings or at least I thought I have.  Guess I need 101 training...LOL!!!!  Any help would be welcomed.

The function for the G15 "refresh" LCD panel no longer works. 
The P-States are not read correctly.
The FPS are higher than they really are
 
I think that's a shame, so I use the 4.2.1 version further
but the new design looks great, so please carry on.
