noryssDamn, looks great! Now if only someone would make one for the X299 Dark.
CraptacularOneLooks interesting but a few critiques. The chunky heatsink on the back looks cool but functionally speaking a waterblock shouldn't need a heatsink to remove heat or that really defeats the point of the waterblock in the first place unless you are intending this to be functional without using water flow. In which case the fins would need to be much smaller and much more of them to meaningfully increase the surface area to transfer heat. Also 3.5mm pads even the highest w/mk pads aren't going to be ideal. I'm sure you can tighten the tolerance down more to allow for more efficient heat transfer. A solid first effort though, keep up the work.
CraptacularOneI was assuming you were going to keep refining your design. If this is just a "one off" then not bad at all for a first effort.
GTXJackBauerWow, very cool man. Well done! Can't wait to see more.
zalossAwesome, I wanted to make custom VRM block for my X299 DARK mobo.. this is good inspiration. It's probably nice to use something in your loop that you personally made too, keep it up!
AHowesNice job! Now make a set for the Asus Maximus XI Extreme! :) hehe
jedimofo90Would you make me one of these and sell?
