Now my question is Do I need this (XOC LED Sync) to have my 1080Ti Hybrid FTW3 LED's fixed in Blue color??...
I'm afraid yes, you need to use EVGA PreicionX in order to customize your GPU's LED.
So far every seems to good with and I see all these new feature which I'm trying to setup here, but I'm bit confuse with a few things. For now I would like anyone's help on these questions : -Can the OSD be set as 2D to add different colors on the letters?...Like RivaTuner, because the EVGA PX OC OSD is horrible. -Is it even possible to use RivaTuner for OSD while EVGA's Precision X OC is running?? -Do you have to keep the 120mm Radiator Fan connected to the GPU?...I would like to connect Fan to another fan controller.

Coming back after 5 month , still not working , no fix , no updates , no answer from evga .

Never mind...I was helped on another post and everything seems to be working with no issues, I'm just afraid to update the latest version of PXOC.

Hi, I have a evga gtx 1080 FTW Led sync does not work at all for me. It worked fine for the 3 first weeks ive had this card. But when i started up my computer today, the button is greyed out same with "appearance led" and "thermal led". And if i start evga led sync manually from the evga folder there is no device in there at all. Ive tried versions 6.2.7, 6.2.3 and 6.0.8 I was on 6.2.3 when it worked and when it suddenly didnt work. I didnt install any new programs, i simply turned off my computer and went to bed and now it doesnt work.

It just simply doesnt work. you would think with 1 year of the CLC out they would have fixed this software to actually work considering all the marketing materials plastered around it. Doesn't help that the flow control software is still half baked a year later.

same issue here. I cannot get the LED sync to open. It is driving me mad, I wish they would just make a simple LED program that is not attached PXOC

I decided to sleep better and just reverted to older version, after all, I only wanted the fans to turn and I can set all the LED to a static red.

Please note that Precision XOC is no longer in development, the latest release, EVGA Precision X1 has more features and is the current development version of EVGA Precision. You can download it here: https://www.evga.com/px1. Or Test with Version 6.2.7 the version I use on my GTX Cards. Version 6.2.7 Release: 5/8/2018 - Fixed Power and Memory fan increased fanspeeds when starting Precision XOC or switching skins.
- Fixed GPU fan not allowing software fan curve when starting Precision XOC or switching skins.
- Improvements to EVGA Z10 keyboard compatibility.
- Fan curve improvements.
