    Yeah thanks for the update EVGA, working well so far here.
    As described here I confirm the mentioned issues as fixed:
    https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2707949

    EVGA is still looking into the crash bug with hardware monitor closing after changing fan settings and the backplate LED not synching to badge with breathing mode, I also didn't expect this to be fixed yet, it still occurs.
    I suppose things like manual VF curve crashes also still occur.

    Maybe it's handy to also release a 'known issue' bug list so people don't keep repeating the same known bugs over and over, just a thought.

    PS: @EVGATech_LeeM, your avatar is pretty amusing.

    I suppose things like manual VF curve crashes also still occur.

    6.1.15 still doesn't like manual VF curve.

    Stuttering occurs about every 10-20 seconds when browsing the web especially during videos and streams. In games it's constant heavy stuttering.

    Not as bad as 6.1.13 and 6.1.14 which crash the display requiring a hard reboot.

    Not sure if this will work, but you could try it out.

    Open the PXOC Server list > Click Add > In the file explorer box, drill down > C:drive > Windows > System32 > Wallpaperhost.exe

    Are you running a custom screen saver? Adding wallpaperhost.exe to the exclude list didn't stop the osd from displaying on the default screen savers. Adding the default screen savers (ribbons.scr, mystify.scr, etc) manually to the osd exclude list does stop the osd from displaying on the default screen savers.

    I changed from standard skin:
    • Images => BMP_BASE (SkinBase.bmp)
    • Windows => WND_MAIN => Indicators => IND_TEMP_GPU => set X to 308, so it appears in the middle
    • Windows => WND_MAIN => Indicators => IND_TEMP_MEM => unchecked Visible & Enabled
    • Windows => WND_MAIN => Indicators => IND_TEMP_POWER => unchecked Visible & Enabled
    • Windows => WND_MAIN => Edits => STATIC_MOM_T_MEMORY => unchecked Visible & Enabled
    • Windows => WND_MAIN => Edits => STATIC_MOM_T_POWER => unchecked Visible & Enabled
    and don't forget to apply on every page and export at the end.

    How are the current versions of Precision now?  I switched away back when the split with the RTSS guy happened and have been using the "other" software with my 780 because the new Precision had a lot of bugs at first.  Thinking of swapping back especially since I might be getting a new card and might need Precision for some of the EVGA specific features like lighting.

    I was in the same boat as you, had not used Precision since the legacy days and had been using Afterburner for a long time. However when I got my 1080 Ti FTW3 card, I decided to give it a try since I would need it to control all three of my fans. I myself have not had any issues with it and have been pleased with it so far. I have been using it around 6 weeks now.

    My main use of it is for a custom fan curve for my gaming and a little overclocking. I don't really use the OSD and I think that is probably where some issues occur.

    Other than this one issue I'm having > https://forums.evga.com/PXOC-611314-Keyboard-Issue-m2703970.aspx
    it's been pretty solid at long last...  There are few tweaks I'd like to see, like the ability to increase the font/text size in the monitoring graph as an example.  Or being able to arrange the order of the monitoring items.

    Thanks guys, tried it out last night.  I think I'll keep it around since I'm probably going to need it soon for a new 1080/Ti but yeah the OSD definitely falls flat for me.  That was actually a feature I used heavily from Afterburner and the nice single line layout was very attractive.  XOC requires at least 3 lines to display the same info and gets in the way because of that for some games like WoW where I have a lot of stuff displaying even in the corners of the screen.
