Due to today being colder I was able to open some windows and bring down the ambient temperature by about 4-5c. I ditched two 20mm shrouds on the exhaust section on the radiator to allow better clearance with the mobo. I got to #36 on Firestrike Extreme single gpu . +1480 on Mem and +120 on GPU, had some beers and talked myself into getting 5.4ghz @1.395v on air with Ring 49. I currently have not used the classified tool, just Precision X1 3.16. So I feel I still have more room to go. Thank you bcavnaugh for the instructions on how to go stand alone for 3D mark. I feel that regardless of everything else I did, your tip contributed most. And for anyone else who cares to read, I am an amateur overclocker. Overclocking since my AMD 64 3200+ and have never used liquid cooling until the 2080ti Kingpin card. The z390 Dark was my first EVGA product and this card my second. The amount of engineering and thought that has gone into both products continues to amaze me. Thank you T|n and K|ngp|n for the work you do and for sharing with us all your secrets. I know this sounds sappy but I feel a sense of accomplishment. 3dmark.com/3dm/35714657

Beautiful post! Thanks for sharing! I believe my first overclocking was maybe the intel 2 slot 1 300a cpu? Of I'm getting the name right. Crazy ya gone this long and never tried water cooling! Hopefully your next step is a custom loop.

Zeddivile @bcavnaugh I use the chiller in the picture below I can share some info off thread.
Exact same chiller I use. Been running it almost 24 hours a day/7 days a week for over a year. The only thing you need to be careful of is that if you blow the internal fuse your cooler will stop working and if your system is on and you don't happen to be around... well... ya probably not good ;-)

This was using the new 429.30 drivers from nvidia and the Windows 10 1903 Version.

Is there a way to distinguish the different EVGA 2080Ti cards on 3DMark? How is 1903 working out for you? Did you get a chance to go through it a little, yet? Does it indeed have Update options, now?

I updated both of my PC's to 1903 about a week ago and and so far no issues. There is more updating options now.

dwexpress I see the kingpins came back in stock yesterday and are still available, i figured they would sell out again very quick so either they made quite a few this batch or the interest in them dropped for some reason. Surprising anyway. Still wondering how many they will produce in total for this model.
I would say it is more of that only EVGA Associates Program Members can buy them ATM

Good example of increased core offset not meaning all that much. My core offset is "only" +90 and mine stays at 2100 Mhz. Starts off at 2130 but it drops a bit due to heat. As always I am extremely skeptical of memory clocks beyond +1000, especially for gaming. It may be stable in one game, but it's definitely not stable across all titles. At least not in my experience. Edit: Can't remember who it was now, but at this point in time I would definitely NOT be spending hundreds of dollars on a computer case. Especially a flagship one. With Computex just around the corner the big case manufacturers are bound to be showing off some new offerings. Even at CES there were quite a few new releases announced. Hopefully there are some new premium watercooling friendly cases coming. And for the record: Thermaltake is trash. 400+ dollars for flimsy, subpar copycat junk.

Well I guess they will be removing that shortly.. prob just giving us elites first dibs.
Makes me wonder why people would use someone else's associates code for a discount on the kingpin when they can just use there own code.
I know it can be used on other purchases.

EVGA did the same for the GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N and the EVGA X299 Dark and EVGA Z390 Dark Motherboards You cannot use your Own Code to buy a Product, but you get a Discount if you are a Member and use someone else's Associate Code. Being a Associate Member and Not using someone else's Associate Code you do not get a Discount on your own purchases. I am ready Locked and Loaded with this Code Fell Free it use it as well. No it is not my own code.

That is your Discount for using another member code or Cookie Pre Set for your purchase that use the Associates Program. If you had not used someone else's code you would not have gotten the $95 off for yourself and that Members get 54 EVGA Bucks. For me I got the same but then got State Taxed for $99 This was why some members Dropped the Associates Program to buy a $99 PSU by Becoming an Associates Program Member.

No i didn't, i was logged into my account and used my cell phone for the orders. When you click on the button that says affiliate members only place it in the cart it identifies you as a member and no need to click on someone elses. I just did it again to confirm it works that way and it does.

Click on this Link Associate Code: 9E88QK5L7811G3H and then go and add an item in the Cart and go to then end and see what Code is in the Bottom. You could have created the Cookie Weeks ago in case you did not know. This is what I am talking about And at the Very Bottom where the Form Shows a Code it was Blank?

I used my own code the first time and just now if I goto checkout it shows Using Associate Code (9GTWCPTEKSHJHBM), you saved $95.00! That's my code verified on my member page. Now the question is.. do I get 54 EVGA bucks back in 30 days? hehe

I think you are reading it wrong. You cannot use your own code for yourself. What do your see here? https://www.evga.com/associates/activity.aspx
