MSimHawkeye360I’m interested in how this card compares to the new Creative AE-9.The AE-9 looks nice. I just watched TheFullNerd podcast on youtube about it. The AE-9 is a bit too extreme for me with the external breakout box.

HRPuffnstuffFloppyDriveI'm still using a Xonar Essence STX with Dolby Headphone. Will this be doing something like Dolby Headphone? My audio card is a dinosaur, but it still beats both new on-board audio and current add-on cards. I'm stuck with old third-party drivers. Are you using the Uni drivers from MaxedTech? I'm using them with my xonar d2x which is even older than your card.

TribbsIs there an alternative front panel header location that I'm not seeing?
rmmil978I love quality audio so I’m interested in this card. However, I’m currently using an Aorus GA-Z270X-Gaming 8 board and from what I’ve seen in reviews my onboard audio is actually already better than most, using a ssoundblaster ZxRi audio package with a sound core 3D audio chip. Would this dedicated card be any noticeably “better” than what I’m using now?
takkyOnly available in the US? Where to buy in Germany?
EVGA_JacobFAlso... for users who purchase the EVGA NU Audio Card, EVGA will have program where we will be offering 100 EVGA Bucks guarantee that you will be able to hear a noticeable difference between your current sound solution and the EVGA NU Audio Card. Stay tuned for more details!
AnarionI'd really like to see some proper measurements out of this card. I do wonder if it can compete against, say Topping DX3 Pro. Oh, and obviously against AE-5 and the upcoming AE-9.
gettinscurvySo, I see it has a 6.3mm headphone jack. My headphone cord extension has the headphone jack the same smol size as the microphone. Would you just run an adapter? Is it painfully obvious that this product might not be for someone like me that just uses Razer headphones and just uses their computer for video games?
Nereus Trying to figure out how it will impact my setup because of limited PCIe lanes (thanks Intel, you jerks, lol). Maybe late tonight I'll have time to go ask at ASUS about it. Looks nice though EVGA. :)
