Hi everyone, hope youre all having a great day! Does anyone know that name of the post containing the unofficial spreadsheet for the 3090 HC models? I got into the US queue for the 3090ftw3 HC at 10:00:46 and just wanted to see if there was any movement on that particular card. I managed to find the EU list which said that it was at 10:00:17 I believe, but i wasn't sure if there was another one for the US notify queue. Thanks so much! EDIT - I just found it! It is in fact 10:00:17 and it hasn't evidently reported any movement in the last 30 days. Ah, well... some time to relax and alleviate the hustle for a bit. Have a great day everyone!

Have they released a working BIOS for the Hybrid cards yet? one that doesn't run the fans at 100% by default on OC switch, and doesn't run the fans at 35% as minimum on Normal switch? I'm still stuck having to flashed my HYBRID with the Air Cooled BIOS in order to actually have working and controllable fans.
I've had a support ticket open for 4 months, and they keep telling me they don't have a working BIOS yet.

Missed this the first time. They are FRIGHTENINGLY LOUD and do not disappoint. With the quad of them, three good pressure fans at the bottom intake and front AIO push pull all maxed out, there is a STIFF breeze coming out the top of the case. Enough to blow up the magnetic dust filter that is on there pretty firmly. If you look at the datasheet for the fans, they have a static pressure rating well in excess of normal 25mm thick fans, like five times that of an A12 and twice the CFM, so they just cut right through the radiator. They also draw like .8A each at full speed so a fan hub is a must, but at 1000-2000rpm they aren't unusually loud and seem very effective.

Hey guys, is Precision X1 absolutely necessary when the card is first installed?
I replaced the radiator fans on my 3090 hybrid with noctuas and installed it in the PC, when it’s booting up all three fans spin, and when windows starts, the shroud fan stops working. I’ve only ran the computer to install windows updates but wanted to check if the shroud fan behavior is what’s expected, or me not installing PX1 May have anything to do with it.
Just in case, the PC is i7 10700KF, msi z490 mobo, 1000W G6 power supply.card’s pre installed BIOS is: 94.02.42.C0.1F, PCB Rev. 1.0.

Yeah this is expected. I connected new fans to my 3080 hybrid but in precision x there’s controls for two sets of fans. One of those is the one on the shroud and you should be able to control it with msi afterburner. It’s default settings make it non active up to a certain temp to keep noise down.

That's the sad truth. Been a loyal EVGA customer for many years now, but this whole 3080 vs 3080ti queue movement is beyond frustrating. Even managed to score a CPU (5950x) only 2 months after it was released for MSRP.

well I thought I had the mail (the yee haaaaa moment) , only to be disappointed that it was just a light adjustment from KR to KL that was done by EVGA. ( the "god damn it" moment). I guess all who are in the 3888 got it and most probably it happened to other SKW's as well.

Hi Folks. Quick question. Is 60 degrees Celsius normal on the RTX 3090 FTW3 Hybrid? I'm in the middle of MSFS 2020 maxed out on FPS, and that seems to be a little high to me. I have the 2 EVGA fans exhausting out the back and two Corsair ML fans on the front of the radiator pulling cooler air from the inside of my case by the way. Running 32g DDR4 on an ASUS Maximus XII Extreme MB. Inside case temp - 32 degrees Celsius.

What sensor? I don't think this is too high. This card generate a lots of heat, on GN review of the FTW3 non-hybrid, the temps stabilize around 67C https://youtu.be/ayGS51-xl5g

Any news on when the 3080 Ti ftw3 Hydro copper block will be made available. I was lucky enough to score in the Newegg shuffle an air-cooled card but I would really like to add it to my custom loop like the 1080ti it replaced.

I am having issues with my RTX 3090 K|NGP|N Hydro Copper... Booting has become very slow or often times results in my pc freezing. When I manage to boot onto windows, the RTX 3090 graphics driver in the device manager shows "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)." Once I disable this driver. the boot up is clean and quick. Before installing this graphics card, I used a Radeon WX2100. I saw that it was recommended to download DDU, and use it to uninstall any AMD related graphics drivers that may be interfering. After doing so, I ran the .exe file for installing the NVIDIA 471.11 Driver, trying both the express and custom with clean install options on separate attempts. Afterwards, I attempted to install the 466.77 Driver, resulting in the same error appearing in my device manager. I'm currently researching doing a clean boot, though I have no idea what that entails, so I was hoping someone might've had some insight to the issue I am having. Much appreciated!

Thank you for the response. The "GPU Temp" reported on Precision X1 is where I saw that temp.
Can you get GPU-z and check the junction temps both memory and GPU, you will get the hotspot for your card when in full load. That's is the one you truly care (or at least the one I truly care for my card). I am having in the 50s low to high depending on the game with the HC and a 420 rad at 50% sooo I guess yours is really not bad, knowing the hybrid are less temp efficient due to the radiator size mostly. What is the frequency your GPU is setting at as well? Don't forget these GPU automatically overclock themselves as long as there is headroom with the following: - temperature - power limit - temp voltage curve (don't remember it's real name) So I won't sweat too much on the temp, as long as it is not thermal throttling (that is when it goes way too low in frequency because of heat.

I am not sure if a clean windows install is an option for you, if you can I would try this first (maybe you have some issues with it, but that's me and my old habit windows is way better than XP times lol). If you cannot, or did not work, I suggest you to contact EVGA support they will be the best to help you with that.
