I'd like to see the 3080 HC queue open again, or maybe there will be a 3080ti HC, or maybe the 3090 FTW HC list will move again, any of those please.

They will open the queues for those cards back up once they actually have a decent amount of stock for a "launch day" one would assume. The Kingpin HC will be the same way - once the queue reopens it'll be open for good, but it will be a while yet.
Don't expect a 3080 Ti HydroCopper to be available at launch - liquid cooled cards both of the AIO & blocked varieties are always at least a month later than the initial release of the card... hopefully they won't end up being like the 3080/3090 was where the Hybrids were delayed over 2 months and the HydroCoppers... well, some of them still haven't even come out yet and the card launched in September lol

Yeah. I got in the queue for the 3090 FTW HC when it opened. Missed the first minute because of a 'server error' so I'm 64 seconds down the list. At least that position is better than where I am on the 3080's. I screwed up and didn't jump in the queue for the non-HC versions at the start because I would rather get one with a factory installed block instead of voiding the warranty and installing my own, so I waited for the HC to drop (I'm not concerned about my ability to do the install, just that I might end up with an actually defective card and not be able to return it, I suppose I could burn it in for a month or two before putting a block on). I missed out on the super short window to get on the 3080 HC list, so now it's waiting time. I'll just get on as many of the 3080/90 queues as I can and hope that I can score on at least one of them.

You don’t void the warranty by installing a waterblock. Only if you damage the board could you lose warranty on it.

Just makes me wonder why the Hybrid models are so frequently experiencing smaller jumps than other models. Maybe something regarding the pump/CLC production?

Well many of the hybrids are still on their launch day and in the middle of their registration congestion. Other models have moved beyond their launch day and thus have, on average, fewer registrations per hour of timeline. That is my thesis anyway...best of luck and thanks for the kind words.

At this point the 3080 HC might as well be vaporware. No fulfillment outside of the original notify sign-up that lasted less than 24 hours, and no news on any new stock coming. I really hope it's because the 3080 ti and 3070 ti are supposedly coming to fill in the gaps.
