Starting to think we might be looking at a second week of no movement on the Hybrids. Is this due to the CNY lag others were warning us about?

I think we are still a week or three away from feeling the CNY lag...this feels like the same ol' low inventory we've been experiencing since January....

i just saw the tweet from jacob about this - no hybrid 3080s this week, maybe some next week.

What about the Hydro Copper variants? There isn't even an Auto Notify option on these. 
 

I think I'll go hibernate and wake up for the 5000 series. 

I asked Jacob if he anticipates worsening stock issues in the weeks to come and he says he's expecting things to start picking up. He seems a pretty straightforward guy, I am inclined to believe him. Hopefully things turn out that way. Conversation was centered on 3898, by the way. 

Ugh, that silkscreen on the water block variant -- please stop EVGA, please, it's not attractive.  Besides it takes more prep work to get rid of it.

Just keep it simple -- simple is best

right. is any one experiencing that your notify page is not loading thing? I'm using it as the main source to track whether I got a notification or not. (not that I would get any thing soon cos I'm an idiot who sub 3888 and its been 2.5 months since it got moved. pretty sure all who did will have to pay the new price since evga will charge new prices from April on wards)

It took me multiple attempts to get to the "MyEVGA" page (which has a link to the "MyNotifies").  Eventually I logged out and then logged back in, and it worked.  It took a try or three...hope that helps.

Thanks for the update. I've been waiting to hear that they were going to push things out...at least I am not surprised this time, just further disappointed.

Yeah, going through his feed isn't usually a mood boost. There was some good-ish news for me recently, but EVGA is spread so thin it seems a lot of people are left feeling like they got in the wrong queue. 

Today is the last work day of the month and.......dun dun dun.... none of the Hydro Copper cards even have an Auto Notify on them. Once again EVGA did not live up to what they say.

They did not say the auto notify button will be up by the end of the month. They said they’d be shipping the first batch by the end of the month or March. The first batch was already claimed by the auto notify process back in November.

Jacob also mentioned that some 3080 FTW HC apparently went out today!

Yes they did, I have a post I quoted that Jacob said the Hydro Copper cards would be out by the end of February and I said I would be back to see if the cards were out. They are not out or there would be an Auto Notify on the pages for these cards.

Were did these supposed 3080 FTW HC go then? They surely can not be bought today from EVGA. Where is the Add to Cart or even Auto Notify on these cards?

The thread page you quoted indicated that Jacob said "late February at the earliest" (my emphasis).  He prepared us that there might be further delays....
 
As you may recall, the HCs "auto-notify" button went live for approximately 25 minutes or so back in November.  So there is a limited-cohort queue already established. If past is precedent, those folks will be the first folks to receive an "invite to purchase" email for the applicable HC skus for which they registered.  About the time that those limited queues are serviced by EVGA, the auto-notify button for the serviced HCs should be relit for additional registrations. This approach was how the first limited-cohort queues were established and serviced for the Hybirds and the Kingpins before EVGA relit (and kept lit) the auto-notify buttons for those skus.  I expect the same thing to occur with the HCs.
