So I see a small RGB bar on the hybrid ftw3 card itself, but I don't see one on the shroud in the standalone kit.  Can someone confirm whether the shroud in the hybrid kit has the same RGB as the hybrid card?


FTW3 HYBRID kit will have the same effect as the FTW3 HYBRID card.

With all due respect, why isn't any of this information on the site and why does the site conflict with all this information? They news page implies that it's available now and there is no information on a future release date, launch date or ship date. This is what is creating some of the confusion for a lot of us. 
 
Per your site:
"THE EVGA GEFORCE® RTXᐪᔿ 3090 / 3080 SERIES HYDRO COPPER GRAPHICS CARDS HAVE ARRIVED."
 
Perhaps the news page can be adjusted to reflect that it's a future product? Perhaps "coming soon" can be replaced with a date?

Thank you for speaking to your customers directly, it's always appreciated.  But what does this mean? Are you saying the Auto-notify button will stay up permanently once the current batch is shipping?

Be a forum member = nothing
Be a evga elite member = nothing..most the time.
be an associate = get points if someone uses your code but no discount for yourself otherwise..

So once they're more actively in production, the notify me button will appear & be there to stay, sounds like.

What is the purpose of the notify system if you just take it down...?
I don't care if I'm 5000th in line, I just don't want to be checking constantly for stock, I thought that's why you had the system.

Turns out EVGA needs guinea pigs to test their first batch on before they start putting them out there (putting a notify button out there).....  I hope its me!

Just got my FTW3 Ultra 3090 yesterday and of course, it is the same price as the hybrid. Good on EVGA, bad timing on me. I did the notify on the kit at least.

Did anyone at all see a notify button for any of the Hydro Coppers? I'm not aware of a single person seeing it, so I'm wondering if only the Hybrids had the buttons (for a short while), or if demand on Hydro Coppers is so high that the queue was filled in seconds, which would most likely be bots.
 
 
 
 


I saw the HC 3080 FTW3 up, and I was able to get a notify request in for it.

Pretty poor execution here EVGA!  Could have maybe at least given elite members a heads-up or set aside a few for us maybe? 
 
I'm just a bit bitter as someone who has had two 980ti Hybrid's, a 1080ti Hybrid, and a 2080 Hybrid and the 3080 Hybrid was THEE 3080 model I've been holding out for since Sept!

Exactly.  Just peace of mind to get in the queue and then wait.  But now we're back to playing the F5 game so we don't get into the queue too late.

Anyone know the type of thermal putty used on the cards?  I'd like to get some supply.  GN mentioned Mouser, but not sure which one.  Laird TputtyTM 607 has the highest thermal conductivity.  Anyone tried Sarcon PG80B?

No. Hydrocoppers & Hybrids have never, and likely will never, be in Step Up queue, because they are "niche" cards in an already niche market of very expensive GPUs.

Fairly certain Jacob or eVGA said via Twitter that the HC blocks sold separately will be on the site in the next few weeks.
