DarthYodi Everyone that still has en EVBot should get first dibs, or if you had a Classified card!
And that would be measured, how?
I would say at least an original receipt, clipped UPC, multiple pictures of the user with the EVBot (during overclocking, dinner, at the park, etc.), and at least one fried board.
That would never be implemented. EVGA would choose something which can be automated easily. They wouldn't add a multi-day verification process before authorizing a sale, and then hope that all that time and energy spent wouldn't prove to be wasted by an authorization failure when they finally get to the step of charging the credit card.

You think It'll be an ELITE member product on launch like the 3090 was at first?

My comment was in no way intended to be serious, there is no efficient/fair way for people to prove they are EVBot owners. I was attempting to point out the unlikeliness of this being a KP purchasing requirement. More than likely this is going to be an Elite-type sale, similar to the 2080TI KP card and the 3090 cards.

I wonder if they will go on sale prior to Friday's event or if that will be the designated day perhaps. I just hope we get some notice so it's not something half of us just sleep through the availability of this time around.
I still have my 680 classifieds registered in the system from 10/10/2012 5:38:30 PM LOL wonder if they'd take that I imagine as others have mentioned it'll be 1st released to Elite members then opening up afterwards if applicable.

How does an elite member find out about the sale? Are notifications sent out or do elite members have to guess a date range and refresh a certain page where elite member sales pop up?

It was sarcasm friend, hence the (/s) that you left off the quote :( Sorry it didn't get construed properly here. I'm just hoping for some Elite Member priority, not EVBot priority. Was joke; didn't work apparently. fragility_V1 I would say at least an original receipt, clipped UPC, multiple pictures of the user with the EVBot (during overclocking, dinner, at the park, etc.), and at least one fried board.
Perfect, I'll have that ready for when purchases go live! :D hartsocks

Those SLI 680 Classifieds were monsters. They were lasting up until the 1080Ti came and took over everything. Honestly, they even were performing at higher resolutions in a surprising fashion!

Some of us want it for multiple purposes (not just games). Wife is a photographer, daughter is an animator and getting into 4K video for her youtube channel, and my son IS a gamer. I want the HC KP for my machine because I tend to build machines that last 7-9 years. Fans gunk up over time and I want a card that’s designed to run cooler, for longevity’s sake (going to run mine with a water chiller at 12°C). It’s already going to cost me $6,000+ to build my machine, I certainly can’t tolerate reseller prices!
There’s more interest than just gamers... mostly I want it so I can fire up my new 16 core beast! My 9-year-old hexcore is tired and ready for retirement!!

It’s ok, we work hard and don’t need to make excuses to treat ourselves with a K|NGP|N! The family can make due gaming/working on a tablet or whatever machine they have.

Don't do it. You won't get anywhere close to 7 to 9 years out of it if you run it at sub-ambient temperatures. It will corrode and die of condensation damage.

No worries, 2500 is probably close on the card though. I was thinking maybe 700 for the next 2k psu.

I'm excited too but just know that it's probably going to be more expensive but not out-perform other top 3090's unless you're making a science experiment out of it with exotic cooling techniques. My 2080ti KPE cost more than but did not outperform other top watercooled 2080ti's. But part of that reason could be that I never tried the XOC bios out of fear of voiding my warranty.

Probably never gonna see a 2000W PSU in the US. I don't think EVGA wants to be responsible for tripping breakers. The typical American wall outlet can handle a maximum of 15 Amps, or 15 Amps * 120 Volts = 1800 Watts.

Ah, your right. Its 220v Asia product. Its nice and pulls 9A. Its would be sweet to have a 220 circuit for one of these https://asia.evga.com/pro...aspx?pn=220-GP-2000-X6
