Just out of curiosity here. Would this increase in voltage help decreasing the chance of artifacting? Coz my current EVGA Rtx 2080 Ti XC Ultra displays artifacting on every game, new or old.....So far I have tried many methods but nothing worked....

Mehe1989 11G-P4-2281-KR is not on the list!, PLEASE HELP! I need BIOS update or current BIOS file to flash the card again, My LED is dead lights up only 1 second when I turn on my PC plus now I have half the frames I had with GTX 1070
11G-P4-2281-KR is a NON-A chip so is locked by factory. Is not possible to flash bios to increase powerlimit. It's only possible manual overclock, you can find information here: "https://www.overclock.net/forum/69-nvidia/1706276-official-nvidia-rtx-2080-ti-owner-s-club.html"

Adding voltage to the card may/may not help the artifacting, and if it does it will most likely only be a temporary fix.

I have 2080ti ftw ultra and my power limit only goes to 123 %, is this correct or do I need a update? I don't see bios update for my card. I think it updated the first time I open precision x1. I just got this card last week. Thank you

Interesting. My power limit now goes to 135 percent. I don't remember it being capable of that high a setting before and this thread only mentions 130 percent for the BIOS update.

The max percentage isn't important the max wattage is what is important. The ftw3 should read 373w.

Is that number for all 2080ti's? If not what is the 2080ti XC Black max W? Ans why does my slider go to 135 and would that affect the max wattage?

No, that number is for the ftw3 only. XC Black is most likely 292w.

I didn't have the drop-down set properly so I couldn't fine the W limit for the 2080ti XC Black. Now I found it. Power Limit: Min: 100w Def: 250w Max: 338wAdj Range: -60% to +35% My 2080ti XC Black power target goes to 135% and a stress/bench test had the card top off within 10w. Hopefully there are internal limits that throttle back the card to prevent any exceedance. My own OC attempts have always shown better results with settings other than max power and voltage settings.

I just got this card today. Part Number: 11G-P4-2484-KR Part Desc: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 TI FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING Says the build date early November but didn't this model card just start shipping in January? Is there a new BIOS for this or is this already updated to the latest? Also according to the OP I should be able to go to 130% power to verify I'm on the latest BIOS but since this card is already factory overclocked I'm thinking it might be different as I can only go to 124% in PX1, it did update some firmware when I first lauched PX1. I'm just not sure I have the latest BIOS so could use confirmation from EVGA please.

Ah right I read that back farther, so the 373W is what the non FE cards max out at, so yeah ok. Thanks for input. I'm going to run this card a default settings for a couple months before I OC anything on it. I want to make sure it doesn't have any of those degrading issues I keep seeing all over these forums and others. Though like any support forum you are always going to see the worse and not all those 95% of the other people working fine and completely happy.

Everyone with a 11G-P4-2281-KR regular 2080 Ti Black or if you are thinking of getting one; you won't get increased power limit BIOS because it's locked by the GPU die at the factory, this SHOULD be mentioned on the product page but isn't. I also ALMOST got caught by this but happened to stumble upon this thread and also "the official 2080 ti owners club" page. On the other hand, there are quite a few A version chips in the other cards now where the increased PL to 380W (130% or 135%) doesn't really add much gaming performance anyway. So stick to your TI Black if you already have one is my2c.

Well yes exactly, it's a good value (relative to other 2080 Ti's only) and good performer. Just should have been and should be disclosed in specs.

I was wondering if someone could tell me what the latest Bios for the 2080ti FTW3 is and if you could provide me with a link to download it?, I already contacted EVGA customer support and they said they didn't have the information at hand and directed me to this thread. My Bios is listed as 90.02.0B.40.89 and I noticed in GPU-Z that my power limit settings seem to be less than what other people are getting, I have provided a picture for you to have a look, is everything as it is supposed to be?
