For the invoice is it the receipt where you bought it, so if I bought it from the store ex, Fry's Electronic , I would just have to upload my receipt from them and thats used for the invoice to get my promotion?
Yup, it's the original receipt from the place of purchase.

my backplate is still under review, are EU customers treated less than americans on this? actually it seems no way I can check the status, but I havent had any email updates.

Has anyone experienced crashing issues with these installed? Even at stock speeds Heaven and 3DMark crash since installing these. Memory seems to run hotter then before as well. Everything is seated fine. Going to reinstall,OS first. If not next thing to try is to remove backplates.

I ended up getting the Asus Strix. First time I have not had EVGA since my dual 7600gt's. For you kids that's back in 2007.

I'd keep it cool for now. Though, I couldn't wait any longer to get my 2 FTWs on water, so there they are bared back and all doing their thing and looking at me funny because I haven't covered their back. Can't wait to receive the backplates though! =)

Sorry to hear that. If you look under any GPU product it would say with Backplate in the description. So...No it does not come with it installed.  Why go through all the trouble returning it  .....just buy it $19.99
