Their was no "falsely advertised" by EVGA it states on the Site Coming Soon, it is part of how all this works. Give it some time. SARDOG

SARDOG Thanks for the reply, It's Registered... I've looked everywhere for the EVGA FLOW CONTROL software.. "coming soon" Please tell me you're kidding?
Did you not read this page? It has been their from Day One. I should get mine tomorrow, but no real need for the software ATM. You can Still Use It Without The Software.
thats just insane to release it with out the software ready, while i like evga products i think they really muffed this one. why tout features that dont work when you buy the product?
+1 I'm disappointed that EVGA started selling this SYSTEM before it was complete, and falsely advertised new flow control software that isn't even available for download.
If you are all so upset Open your Own Thread to Complain about Coming Soon Software.

"Not Really Misleading to Soon would be more correct for Amazon. After I ordered mine on Amazon they removed it then put it back ok with Zero Stock But Amazon has been known for this but at the same time It would not make real since to post on Amazon Coming Soon. Amazon should have waited to post but like everyone here always tell EVGA "I Want It Now" I never Order from Amazon without First going to the OEM Site in this case EVGA to review what their website says about a product. Never do I order blinding from Amazon." Hmmm... Zero stock? still shows one available on my end.

I just watched this video review by JayzTwoCents of EVGA's new fan design profile. It seems like an honest review and I don't think JayzTwoCents is a shill for EVGA..."just the facts ma'am". In the tight space of a pc it seems irrelevant.

interesting video, not sure why the fans were designed that way, would be nice for evga to chime in with a reason. also since the whole system is powered by one pwn fan header i would like to know the total power draw, some boards state that a max of 1A power draw for the cpu pwm header so if this exceeds that then what?

I wonder if the long-awaited Titan XP AIO cooler will use a similar setup (but with a shroud etc on the GPU).. and if you have one on the CPU and one on the GPU, will the software distinguish between them? Would be pretty sweet if that worked. I'd buy both.

CPU Water Block EVGA_CPU_Water_Block_Setup_v1.0.0 Got it 2 days ago Using with the EVGA Z270 Classified K and EVGA DG-87 Gaming Case Bios cpu2-fan PWM did a find job running the unit before I got the new software but only could see fan speed not the pump speed in BIOS. The new software won't let me try manual setting for testing but that may just be the BIOS fighting for control. I always see 2900 pump RPM still don't know how or what set that ? but you will see water and CPU temp Thanks for the tip about the pump firmware/software storing the settings the new MB shows the CPU temp when not displaying a POST number The DG-87 case has some fan speed controls but with all the 1 Amp warning did not try it CPU temp Never went over 50 C with a quick test using Prime idle is generally about 26 c in a 75 F home I mounted my radiator 180 Deg and all the way to front top (right side on a DG-87) from the EVGA video

it is too quiet :-) which is why I had questions about the pump even being on Does it only run at one setting ? and has any one measured the current from FAN and PUMP ? Now at high speed fans yes they are loud but I still have my case open So the cable to USB header is programming and data and NOT supplying power ? small correction to my post about control software pump speed showed 2999 not 2000 and after a re-install of drivers and cooling software I COULD manual control fan speed with the software when I switch off AUTO. BUT once I saved profile anytime I tried manual it would drop back to auto like control after 2 sec AND I really like this unit having only used large one and 2 fan Zalman units on older builds

it is too quiet :-) which is why I had questions about the pump even being on Yes it so awesome quietly not sound like helicopter Does it only run at one setting ? and has any one measured the current from FAN and PUMP ? No it just a Fan speed not pump!! I sure pump speed stay all the time but can't hear any noise! So the cable to USB header is programming and data and NOT supplying power ? Yeah it both and that USB need access PUMP firmware for CPU cooler software as you need setting in Windows! I have try without USB cable it back default my motherboard fan speed automatic. small correction to my post about control software pump speed showed 2999 not 2000 and after a re-install of drivers and cooling software I COULD manual control fan speed with the software when I switch off AUTO. BUT once I saved profile anytime I tried manual it would drop back to auto like control after 2 sec Yes it pump speed showing 2900ish but the fan speed you can adjust speed but not pump!! I used set to auto and fan speed low to 30 fan speed then hit apply, save and save to profile one the close software. Look like everything okay with software but only fan curve can't move!!!!! Maybe wait for update CPU Water Block software soon!! It start new first software!!!

Took a little to find this, it is not listed under EVGA software but under Release Date: 2/9/2017 Driver File: Download Software controls for the 120mm and 280mm EVGA Closed Loop Coolers. Need to update the "Coming Soon" web page as well. http://www.evga.com/articles/01081/evga-clc-liquid-cpu-cooler/Also an email notification to registered users would have been nice.

The secret to getting to play with manual fan control is to NO answer the color questions when you start the program/app. Then you get to switch between AUTO and manual I do want to get back my USB 2.0 MB header some time in the future and not just have it going the the cooling unit. --------- We should Post a note in the Amazon review as they are down staring as they did not know where to find the software.

What does that have to do with the EVGA CLC 120/280 Liquid CPU Coolers? Corsair does not have MB Fan Header Control in Corsair Link, the equivalent of EVGA Liquid CPU Coolers EVGA Flow Control Software. We have asked for this in their EVGA E-LEET Software as well and never went anywhere. So Best of Luck.

be cause with my h100i i can control 4 fans off it and it pulls power from a sata connector, and with link you can add nodes to control more fans and you have one nice interface to make changes and monitor everything, yes i know you can set the fans in the bios but why not bring that control to the desk top, asus, gigabyte msi all let you so why not evga? you usually pay a premium for evga products so i guess i just expect little more.

quadlatte Would have like to seen control for all the mb fan headers in the software. Cant be that hard to add it.
A little off Topic but are you saying that your Corsair Link Controls your Motherboard Fan Headers?

No, i probably wont use them at all except the cpu one. The rest of them will go to either the 4 off my h100i or to the corsair mini commander. My point is since evga is now doing a clc with software controls then why not add control for all the pwm headers as well, a total solution type setup. How nice would it be to have one software interface to control your gpu, cpu cooler and fans? Maybe even integrate eleet into it for overclocking. Just seems to make sense to me.

You bring up a valid point. Why doesn't EVGA have desktop software to control all the fans on it's motherboard like all the top mobo mfg do. People are paying a premium for evga motherboards but are receiving less features.

A good Topic for a New Thread under EVGA Software. Maybe as part of EVGA E-LEET Software.
