I still spend 30-60 minutes 5 days a week putzing around on my PlugY account.
 
My main concern regarding a D2 remaster is that David Brevik has stated numerous times that there are a number of lost assets that can not and will not ever be recovered.  I don't have a ton of faith in a quality rebuild from scratch.

Damn that would be heartbreaking but not surprising. Video game preservation still doesn't even seem to be given a thought by most developers.
