I have it my Cart for my X299 Dark so next year early I will have some fun with some.
Though only supported under Windows 10, maybe Server 2016 but that is out of my cost budget, no more MSDN.

grcpool is a POOL, not a single user.
I'm not sure why they split things out into 3 different pool addresses though.

At one time one of their 3 pools was a legitimate challenger to my Moo Wrapper dominance - but then they faded back, the only real challenger I've had in the last 2 months was long-time participant "EG" aka "egilman" when he decided to seriously Moo again for 3-4 weeks recently.

Now that vorsholk has stopped his abuse, I'm returning to folding.
I no longer MOO due to abuses by certain "whales" in the Gridcoin community - so I now work the Distributed.net project directly again.

No idea what all these cryptocurrency-specific links have to do with crunching.

I take it that none of your planned challenges are WCG ones. Is this a correct assumption, bill1024?

I wouldn't say that. That is just the list for primegrid.
Aside from those there will be FB sprints and WCG challenges and Project Of The Month.
And when not doing all of that, someone will come up with something else to do. (New project, new badge, pogs challenge...)
Always something.

Fine, bill1024. You can count on me being with Crunching@EVGA on WCG challenges inasmuch as I have no other pressing business.
If you announce it a bit ahead of time, I will be able to make arrangements.

I use the unifi usg on my network, so I don't have to worry about my modem being stupid. A small price to pay for simplicity. Is your router not on a battery? About the only thing I battery consistently is my modem, gateway and network switch (power for wifi). Only stinks when the cable goes down for the count and my phone isn't smart enough to drop off.

Anyone have a need for a X79 Classified MB + Core i7 Extreme Edition i7-3970X With Full MB Water Blocks and a CPU-380I Water Block, Copper Top (All Installed) and 16GB of Vengeance Blue 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 2133 MHz From this Rig View System  View System (Fixed Link) For some reason I had it set to Private.
Includes the INS-FM17N Coolant Flow Meter installed between the MB Chipset and the VRM.

Going to take out the GTX 1080 HC Cards and put them in where my current GTX 1080 Ti Cards are installed on this Rig View System
Being that is has a new case and all. Also took the 2x HyperX Beast 16 GB Kit (2x8 GB) 2133MHz DDR3 out and put in this rig as well for 32GB
This rig should Fold and Crunch for at least 2 more years.

The x79 Classified is a big motherboard XL-ATX, it needs a XL-ATX case to house it.
I have one, can't get all the PCIE slots to work, had 2 GPUs in it once and both worked, now only one works at a time.
It crunches real well though, 6 cores 12 threads and overclocks well.

I hit the Disabled Dipswitch once and the somewhat the same.
I found the if you turn them all off and then on and then off and then on it cleaned it up. 2 or 3 times that is.
Maybe Dust. Been Running 4200 or 4300 for the most part. Need a Big Case to house the Water Cooling as well.
Case Rosewill Gaming Super Tower Computer Case Cases BLACKHAWK-ULTRA Black
The Two GTX 1080 Ti Cards are going in my X299 Dark Rig.

This is Cool

Rake search of diagonal Latin squares: "A treasure captured! The "Necklace"
subset of orthogonal diagonal Latin squares has been found!"

Early
morning of 15 December 2017 with 2 hours and 22 minutes difference, project server received two results for workunit R9_000478253 -
from damotbe (L'Alliance Francophone) and Bryan (SETI.USA). Both files are identical (as it must be for correct results) and contain an 8 squares.
Many of computation results contain 8 and even more squares, but is this case only first two of them corresponds to usual pair of ODLS,
but other 6 squares... were mutually orthogonal! (And, of course, all of this squares were constructed by rows permutation!)

We get a first of squares from this MODLS set and found all (not only "permutation") orthogonal diagonal Latin squares for it,
then - all ODLS for "root square" and the squares, found on the previous step, and repeat this process until while we were given a new squares.
The results of this search you can see in figure below.

Squares, presented in this graph as nodes and edges denote an orthogonal relationship between squares, lined up into astonishing, symmetrical figure!
The core of it is fastened by six MODLS, which are broken into three groups.
Each group (originating from two squares) is the basis for four-level branch constructed from 14 squares.

Decided to run Rake Search for a few days and see if I can find the Rowan berries before december ends.

I noticed quite different behavior between my Ryzen 7, and my 2P, any ideas why the 2P jumps up and down so
much on the processor?

I can not see the images,
but maybe you should not give them a bear hug as you walk past them for pushing out all those points per day...

OK serious now... as in %CPU usage??

HK,

Just a guess dj, could it be because hyper-threading is on for the Intel while SMP is disabled for the Ryzen?

Quite possible I didn't think about that. Will have to change one when I get a chance and see if they still act different

Do not go my Task Manager to see your CPU Usage in windows 10 it is 10%-12% Higher then what the really are.
Use Aida64 or Core Temp I did not see this under Windows 7 8 or Server 2007 R2 0r 2012 R2 they matched what Task Manager Showed.
Are you running 100% or 90% of your CPU Power in the BOINC Manager?

Note: 10 pro on the 2P the next Windows 10 update will not allow more than 1 CPU and you will have to move to the Workstation Version.
Myself I cannot find the "Workstation Version" for sale.
