Man UPS is a pain in the butt, I have a power supply that was supposed to Arrive yesterday, they pushed it to today, then when I check today they pushed it
to tomorrow.  They are preventing me from getting another computer up and crunching (Redneck 1).  Will post a picture when I get the power supply in of this
new (to me) beauty.

Look forward to seeing the beast..

That board looks sweet but the 299 platform is overpriced for the supposed gains. Not to mention the 1000 dollar entry price for the 40 pcie lanes. I'll keep my x99 systems for now and upgrade when the real competition heat is on in a year or two.

I completely understand, but Threadrippper is a much better deal if you buy fast memory kits. I just think the next iteration of Threadrippper is the way to go. Right now they are only using half the die space and hopefully they double up next year.

Maybe So, But I was not to happy with my RYZEN 7 1800X Performance New Horizons
Nor the Support For XMP Profiles as XMP Profiles are based on the Intel CPU.

I ran Rake over night with it, and today switched both my 1700 and this one over to ODLK (had not ran this on any computers yet) to see the
difference.

after 3 hours -
PolarBearR1 (Ryzen 1700X) - 99 Valid
Redneck 1   -   267 Valid

I have not posted Specs anywhere yet but it is
S2600CP - Mobo with dual E5-2670 CPUs
32Gb Ram
120Gb SSD
EVGA G2 750 Power supply
and a Redneck labs 1x2 custom open air chassis

Edit -
Added to ModRigs https://www.modsrigs.com/detail.aspx?BuildID=39364

Changing a Redneck to a Blue-collar is almost like changing an NVIDIA User to an AMD User.
Though you could change it to Moonshiner 1

The Blue simulates the glow of the TV through the trailer windows.
The name actually came about due to constructing the chassis from wood using good ole "Redneck engineering"
And yes if (really when) I get more 2/4P systems they will all be redneck if I need to build them a chassis.

Nice setup polar!

I picked up an S2600CP setup earlier in the year and it has been my BOINC workhorse.
Get some USB 1x PCI  risers and fill up those GPU slots!  You could build a wooden "shack" to mount the GPUs remote.

I don't have enough servers to heat the RV
Its probably a good thing it did not stick to the roads.

You have had more snow than me this YTD!

I like Redneck 1 better without the lighting. You know what they say about lipstick on a pig. Also nice to see you are in the full grasp of the addiction. We appreciate you.

yodap,
I agree on the lighting, happened to be in Frys monday and it was $7 so grabbed it more as a joke for the pictures.  It wont be on normally.
Yes the addiction is worsening, I am putting a plan together to build another 2P by next summer with E5-2680 V2's.  Will sell off some of my laptops
that just sit around and maybe my Ryzen 1600 system I built.
