Can't install MS Office 16 or 19 Everything else besides office installs without issues

I can't believe that I can not install MS office 2019 on my Windows 10 Pro. I keep getting error after error when trying to install. I even performed a fresh install of Windows 10 and MS office no matter if it's version 2016 or 2019 ISO image on my hard drive the darn thing won't install without giving me an error message
 
Error Code: 0-1012 (0)
 
 
I have tried a couple of options but it seems like all options are running all out.

    What is the Free Space on your C: Drive?
    Did you Select Run as administrator?

    I tried installing MS Office on a 5TB hard drive and even other hard drives and nothing works. It cuts off at those error messages I posted. Any other suggestions?

    Any third party firewall or antivirus installed?

    I called MS Support I went from Jr. Tech to Level 3 with no luck installing office. Tomorrow a Microsoft engineer will call me to try to fix the on going issues.

    Update: I did a full reformat/reinstall of Windows. I went back to the last good known build before the MS Fall update "1809" Word to the wise, if you have the 1809 build and have issues and decide to reinstall the same 1809 build over the existing 1809 build without doing a full reformat/install. You will have problems installing MS Office and maybe other programs. My MS Office 2019 is running smooth and without any problems now.

    Yes, running smooth other then the driver issues with NVIDIA.
