Can't Open EleetX1 - "The given key was not present in the dictionary"

Any fix for the following error? This when I run the program as admin: "The given key was not present in the dictionary".  Running the program not at admin I get: "ring0" error.

    Uninstall the program with revo uninstaller, and then reinstall the program. See if that helps fix it.

    trying to remember exact steps, but i believe i had to manually delete 2 folders in the program files\eleet directory, then run again as admin and it was fine. needs admin for sure
