Buying 2nd hand EVGA 1080ti FTW3 Hybrid off eBay. Is the warranty good? its not registered

Buying 2nd hand EVGA 1080ti FTW3 Hybrid off eBay. Is the warranty good? its not registered on EVGA yet and when he purchased it he bought it off eBay new and it was still sealed and I will get the invoice for their sale and his PayPal of the sale too.

Will I then be able to transfer the warranty to me when I register the gfx card when I get it?

    secondhand warranty will apply - depending on the last two digits of the serial number

    However, after all this he has turned around and said he won't post to uk because it would be too expensive..... even though it was all advertised for international sale :-/

    Yeah but that was all sorted so no extra payment on arrival just the extra $150'ish

    Gotta try and find another now :-/
