People are going to whine, no matter what.  Some people think they should be entitled to everything offered, no matter when they purchased it.  A previous post said something about offers should be on-going so that everyone can participate?  That takes away from the offer being special or promotional (not to mention the cost).  If you happen to time it where you get your dream game with the purchase of your dream video card, great.  If not?  Get over it.  Try and time things a little better next time.

I have my gtx since October last... But it seems only new buyers can have this offer.. That's discrimination for me.. Why should I stay with evga for the next gen of graphics cards? Do they make the difference? Nope.. So... Bad policy just that..

It is in NO WAY discrimination.  It's a SALES PROMOTION.  What you are trying to twist it into is that EVERYONE who buys a 970 or 980 WHENEVER, be it last year or 10 years from now, they should get EVERY promotional item EVER bundled with the purchase of those cards.  Well, that about my EVGA 8800GTS that I purchased 10 years ago?  Why am I being 'discriminated' against because I bought a card 10 years ago?  See how that does NOT make any sense?  Discrimination would be only 22 to 23 year olds can win.  Or only Females can win.  Or you have to be this race, or that religion.  Understand discrimination now?  A sales promotion is just that, a PROMOTION.  Otherwise, I'm being discriminated against if the 970 I just bought in March drops $100 by June, and EVGA doesn't refund me $100!  Why should I stay with EVGA if only new buyers in June get to pay $100 less?  
 
YOU MISSED OUT.  IT'S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD. IT IS HOW BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED.  Enjoy your product for the purpose you purchased it and quit dwelling over some frivolous item you didn't happen to qualify for today.  
 

When i buy a video card and find that it has a game promotion later or i buy it from a dealer with no promotion i just blame myself for not waiting or looking.

I ordered the 960 from Amazon (which is listed as a valid place to purchase from the Nvidia website) but have yet to receive my code.  I know some places say it will be about 7-10 days after you order while others got it the same day.  I purchased on 4/20/2015 and installed it yesterday.  I'm just want to makes sure that I am indeed getting the code.

I purchased 3 TitanX's, and I don't qualify.   Awesome.
