The next bad news I'm anticipating is that when it finally arrives, supply will not be enough. If you miss the 1st round, it might be another month or two wait. This is nothing more than a hunch. Plan for the worst, hope for the best...

OR, even after that..... You DO get one from the first batch, receive it, it has bad pixels or otherwise defective in some way, and an exchange won't be possible till supply comes back up ;)

That is why I'm on OCD alert everyday looking for pre orders sites. Finger on the trigger my friend. I hope we can at least purchase this month and get it sometime next. I just wan't to preorder so I can stop searching 100x a day.

B&H was talking preorders earlier today as well. They've stopped them now, but said they'll begin taking orders again on Monday. Apparently they know they're receiving 10 units, and have 12 preorders already. They stated they may possibly be receiving another 15, which I assume is why they're gonna start taking preorders again on Monday. I'm hawkeyeing from this point on! EDIT: PCNation now has preorders up as well. Price is 783.46 with no tax and free shipping.

Holding out for newegg. I get next day shipping for free since their warehouse is 30min away from my work. Not to mention newegg isn't going to rape us on the price compared to some of these small outfits.

That's hard for some of us to do! Just ask the people that use stock checkers when a new series from nVidia is released hahaha. (I was guilty of that back when the 480's first arrived. It was the ONLY way to get one for awhile!)
