Also, why not OC the VRAM? Admittedly pushing too hard will rob the core of power depending on the game/benchmark, but a little VRAM OC does help. At least it does on my 1080 Ti.

Did you not read the OP's very first post? He is trying to see if his score is normal for running his 1080 ti @ stock clocks.

His GPU score lines up with what is expected, at least as far as I can see with my own 1080 Ti. - only 2.7% different, and between different computers that is really close.
 
His - 27829
Mine - 28460
 
382.33 drivers, GPU full stock settings except it's under water and at a steady 1898MHz MHz the whole time. The difference that you see *might* be due to the OS version. I am running the Windows 10 Creators update, fully patched. He might be as well, and we all know how much an OS can change things.

This is the score from Heaven 4.0 does this seem low to you guys? I havent touched the card so its all default settings. Ive seen much higher from other scores. What can I do to fix this?
 
Edit: my CPU is overclocked to 4.4ghz currently
 


Does seem low given the card.
 
This is a Ti sc, stock, stock driver install with no tweaks.
 



Perfect result for a stock run.

Can you guys see anything in these? Looks like its hitting a voltage limit which may be ok but I dunno.

So what do you guys think? Is it a cpu issue or should I RMA the card or what?


Do a clean install of windows onto a separate partition to see if it helps bring your score up.
