I can't post links yet, but I just saw that Jacob responded to a tweet saying this in regards to the 3080ti Hybrids:
"We have more incoming but I don't have the ETA right now on HYBRID unfortunately."
Well he is just contradicting himself then. He answers so many tweets like this I can't blame him.
He was responding the the questions above, that first link the OP was asking about the Hydros, that's what the "Not looking like today, sorry" was in response to. No response about air cooled there.
The second link he is just answering yes to this question: "any 3080ti drops this week for elite members that registered last week?". Nothing about hybrids there.
Justin this is what I was talking about the link where you said no to air cooled he's very clearly saying no to Hydro's as that was the question.

Congrats Kram! That extra memory could be nice to have. And if you change your mind in the future you will still get a notify for 3080Ti eventually. But for now you will have something to use!

I know right? I wish I knew what we were going to be in store for. I wouldn't have sold my 2080Ti for cheap on the eve of the announcement. I could have gotten much more if I held on to it. I figured it was just another launch like in the past where stock would level out within weeks or a month max. Instead I had nothing to use for months while waiting. This whole shortage has been crazy.
