i recently did a reinstall for some reason or another but i have 7.5.1 how am i so far off i dont know. this could also be causing issues with getting work units, everyone seems to be doing rather well and i am having trouble.

So, the FaH servers say they have WU ...... Started have issues Again getting New work ................. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr , Sigh on the 2080Ti no less Yes, I've done the basics & even a Full reboot of the system It usually spends Way too much time with out assigning a Server .... then just plain does not download a WU once it is assigned  Yet The Server Stats say FaH is ---> FAT with work  Hey if that one server is seeing excess demand ... then Why send someone to it ? Plenty of work .. showing on Many Servers ... yet I've lost hours waiting Now 2 - 1080 Ti ... sitting 50 min +  (end rant)

I've had issues today as well and now I'm getting large WU and as usual for some reason my 1660 Super keeps getting WU but they are large 49K+ pointers

I'm going to miss my monthly 30 Mil by less than 4 Mil because I'm not constantly being sent work and I think that is messing up the consistency of getting bonus points as well. Bummer!

I'm going to miss my monthly 30 Mil by less than 4 Mil because I'm not constantly being sent work and I think that is messing up the consistency of getting bonus points as well. Bummer!
I feel your pain... i missed my second tier back in Dec when I first started ...by 5000points Sorry I lied...bad memory I was short 831,469 points but it still is a real bummer

Work completely dried up since 10am EST for me. I haven't had to wait this long since returning. Restarted client and PC. Anybody else got nothing going despite many attempts today?

Solid work here... each slot has beta flag on and the Global setting is Advanced.. Both computers have FAH 7.6.9 I was having an issue a few days ago and I updated the other computer from 7.5.1 Both busy

Also had no GPU projects for the first half of Saturday. Unfortunate because after the last week it seemed like they had resolved most of the WU shortages.

followup - on my post before Joe's ---> I was running - Mixed "slot flags" Beta = Core 21  on some The others have either "No client type" -or- "Advanced client type" = idle GPU ..... big gaps in WU at times (1 hr Plus)

Cool did you try this? All on 1 rig, under expert tab set an "advanced" flag Then go in to the slots tab and double click each card and add a beta flag there. I believe that is what Joe meant. I mentioned it working awhile back and he tried it as well. Have not had a shortage with this setup. Some WU's do still byte it however

I use the advanced flag. My 1080 Ti still sits idle for a few hours early mornings, but thankfully it's not all morning anymore!
Have water, will cool.

Alright pay attention guys... STR1D3R_2 has each slot listed as client-type beta and the global for the whole computer client-type Advanced.. I have taken it one step further and HAMMERED the Work folders that have ques that refused to be accepted at servers... In other words...if the server is refusing my wu about 10 plus times I find THAT que folder and delete it while the FAH is running.. FAH "Updates" in YELLOW and I NEVER...EVER>>>get another stalled SEND... your results may vary but mine is WORKIN....

No I have not mix flags in that way Expert & Slot ... never needed to Nibbler has 3 GPU & I was experimenting .. cause I'm tired of the "slot flag" = beta --> awarding me all those .. low,low,low PPD Core 21 So, to be clear 3 PCs & two of those have 2 GPU I was "playing" with the "slot flags" ... trying to find a sweet spot to keep GPUs working

I have been getting along decently well with just advanced flag on global. I had some time on Sunday where it lost work for awhile like quite a few people it sounds but other than that it has been smooth sailing. Got some tiny WU yesterday for a bit but other than that good to go. Even had a project that was showing my 2080ti at 4.5 million ppd. Got a couple from that one yesterday.
As a side note if you look at the active users chart on XOC, the user base has dropped dramatically over the past week or two. From 180k active to about 127k active yesterday. Following same pattern as our team btw. 1630 active to 1100 active over past couple weeks. This explains why we are seeing consistent work again at least. Number of work units completed in that time frame has stayed relatively flat too so it seems the supply demand is pretty close to corrected at this point.

Sounds right on point. I've received constant work since that blip on Sunday.
