Just my opinion; I'd be shocked if the new 1080Ti was placed on Step-Up on day one. I think they will sell out for the first several weeks at full retail.

I really hope EVGA will announce all coming 1080 Ti models with approximate release dates. I am hoping there will be a 1080 Ti FTW Hybrid, and I don't really expect this to be available later today but would at least hope I can have a timefrime or else confirmation it's not ever coming.
I'm with you on that. I was about to pull the trigger on a 1080 Hybrid (1721 base clock) 2 days before they announced the TI. I still want the Hybrid, but i don't know if i should pass up on begin able to purchase one of the FE's or an ACX3.0 if they drop today.
Why would you guys want the hybrid vs. the FE? It's supposed to be quieter AND cooler than the current 1080's, so seems to me a hybrid version maybe not necessary (even with overclocking)? lol at my post count. I guess they reset it if you haven't posted in a while. :)

Just sold my 1080 FTW HYBRID, and it was by far the best GPU I have ever owned. Why would anyone by a powerful GPU and keep it on AIR. Also full water loop is to much of an hassle for me now. Hoping EVGA should at least give us a time frame of when the 1080 ti FTW HYBRID will be released 🤔

ARGH, msi came up again, got my squaretrade warranty, chose 1 day shipping, paid, and got the error that its unavailable. Yeah, some sites have them up, very very few have availability, but I guess with issues, to prepare for the launch at 10am. Thought I had it this time lol. Y U tease me. Its good though, that they are sticking with the NDA and time frame etc. I guess its the websites just preparing, so even though it says its available, its not yet.

Why would you guys want the hybrid vs. the FE? It's supposed to be quieter AND cooler than the current 1080's, so seems to me a hybrid version maybe not necessary (even with overclocking)?
However good 1080ti will be, I will try and clock it to the max. Therefore the cooling will be busy :) My 970FTW is loud when I max the cooling and even at 75% it's not really tolerable. I want a better solution for cooling noise as this card will need to last me a few years. Plus, c'mon - it's water cooling!

FTW 3 gonna have back plate LEDs? The ASUS ROG Strix design was very nice, I have to say, with LEDs on the front, side and back. EVGA should have done something similar, in my opinion.

Servers are already at a halt. Can't get to the step up page or the page to click on step up. Have about 5 tabs open of each and all time out. Looks like it's going to be tough getting in, especially with the official launch not for almost 2 hours away and probably won't be on the step up list right away. Edit : Can get through again finally. This is going to be a long day waiting for it to show up on step up. What really sucks is I have you go in to work early today... At 1PM EST, the launch time 😤 At least I have access to EVGA's site from my work computer so I can spam all day!

I have confirmed that my local store will have them today... Now I play the game of driving 25 mins there on my lunch to grab one in store or see if i can mass refresh and get one on the web at 1... oh the decisions to make..

BB rep I spoke to said he saw the 1080 TI's in the system but were not in their local inventory... so that leads me to believe that its going to be online only. The store that said they will have them starts with a Mic and ends with er ;P
