At some project I saw EVGA working at 1100k PPD, GPU usage was up to 95%. Does it mean that if it was on PCIE x16 it would have been even more? I would just consider that Im unlucky getting low PPD projects if if wasnt both GPUs working on same project with different PPD.
I guess I will have to change my motherboard.

No real need for what team you Fold Under.
Only wanted to validate that you Do Fold and what your current PPD are that you are getting.
What is the Model (P/N) of your GTX 1080 Ti?
For over a week now I am seeing very low PPD on any GPU, 900 to 1100.
I have seen 900 to 1400 on my 1080 Ti Cards but that has been at lest 2 weeks ago.

I am using Driver 378.92
You should do better than mine with your GTX 1080 Ti FTW3
I am running @ 2126 and @ 2062

its the PCI-e lanes. once you get to x4 or less you will see performance degradation regardless of what the buss usage says.

Confirmed. I have switched the GPU and results switched as well.
So by using PCIE x4 3.0 PPD falls by ~20%.
Next step will be new motherboard. Does x16 riser do any effect on PPD? Im planing to have 3 GPU on this computer.

No, a x16 riser will not effect performance as long as it's shielded.

I've been pretty busy the last few weeks and will be transferring jobs next week so it's been hard to do as much as I would like but I got my new PC running with the 8700K and my 1080ti. I have noticed an average increase of PPD on my 1080ti from my i7 950 to the 8700K setup. Haven't set up HFM.net back up yet but i'm sure it is a coincidence that my PPD have gone up slightly ~100,000k per day.

probably, just like how mine has gone down ~20% these last 2 days due to getting exclusively 9414 and 9415 work units which range from ~870K - 950K PPD on a 1080ti.

Yah just a hell of a coincidence I noticed since switching!
