And I agree @Esimon-311 I've been good, I'll buy one no matter the MSRP, if I can get one at MSRP.

Apparently it was racist according to one conspiracy theory spouting user and that's all it took. I was even defending EVGA in the process of being called a racist.

Oof, that sucks.  I've had something like that happen in real life, an offhand wisecrack was taken wrong by someone around the corner who blew up at me.  I said 'no, what I said was {whatever it was}', and a third party wouldn't choose- said it could have gone either way.  I was flabbergasted; my statement referred to something we were working on, the slur wouldn't have applied to anyone around shift or site.   (on top of the obvious 'I don't talk like that ever')

Yep it can go the wrong way very fast when someone gets offended. I just found it weird since I've had that name since 2009 and I didn't know the word "whitey" was taboo.

You can get it for 1000$ but I think that is it for the FE. AIB cards will be like 1500$ but who knows

I think you are dreaming, expect more like 1400 euro (with vat)...

From everything I've read, MSRP for FE cards will be $1100. AIB cards will very likely be $200-$300 on top of that. Fully expect to pay $1300-1400.

Here in Canada, I expect the price to be around $1600-1800 CDN

€ 1089.00 is approximately $ 1325.00, so it is not that bad. Also take into consideration that European prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT is around 20%. Your sales tax is added afterwards and not already included in your prices. Taking all that into account the US price should be around $ 1100.00.

Money per performance increase is not linear, each extra % performance over the lesser card follows an exponential path. So that 10% more could be 50% more in price.

$899 for FE, $999 for XC3 Black and increase from there.
