So i specifically have followed these directions and have had no luck .my card is the 3080 ftw3 ultra

i download 3080 ftw3 hybrid bios folder from jakes post, placing the folders in the proper directory

i open command prompt AS ADMINISTRATOR

i command    cd c:\nvflash
nv flash starts

i type "normal" and press tab and it finnishes the name of the rom i want to flash, the normal hybrid bios.

i am prompted by CMD "yo ya really wanna do this?"
i press  "y"

CMD says "no adapters detected that are compatible with this hardware"

i get a big ol middle finger from my pc no mattter if i enable or disable the video card trough device settings.

The instructions are very clear, thanks!
My experience with the hybrid kit on the 3080 was not good, I tried with the hybrid bios, and in the end I went back to its original fans and bios.
