What does that mean? I registered the day after I got the card.

My invoice upload was delayed due to technical issues but it’s all there.

For those of you missing the step up option, read the step up program FAQ
You have to have registered for warranty within a set amount of time to quality for the step up program.
If you bought the card 2 months ago, and only registered it now to step up, you don't qualify to step up.

However, whilst registering the card for warranty, you can optionally pay for an extended warranty. If you do this, you then can then still qualify



I am surely qualified. I am apply to register for the Step-Up program with 41 days remaining to register. The problem is the 30 series are not in the options in the EU... 

Not in the Step-Up neither in the EVGA "shop". It's like they aren't even selling here yet lol. All the 30 series just on Notify...

Well here in the EU my Step-Up Queue status has now shifted from Pending to In Queue, but still no Step 2

 Are you sure you weren't on the US site? The US site shows me as in queue, but the EU still shows me as pending

You are right in the US site it lists you as In Queue. Going back to the EU site where we are registered I am still Pending. False alarm everyone my bad
