I just realized... the FTW3 doesn't fit in my mini-ITX case.
Same here. I have an Ncase M1 build and FTW3 is just too big in both dimensions. What a bummer...

This may be region related. I think the EU site is having issues. Are you in the EU?

Update: It finally (and very randomly) went through. In the queue for a FTW 3 from a 2080 Super. I don't mind the wait at all!

I'm not from EU so I cant confirm anything, but I can say this screenshot is from their step up support site. So maybe the EU servers are having issues like you said, hopefully it gets fixed. I'd suggest asking an EVGA support representative.

You can't upgrade as for now because everything is sold out. We have to wait for a few days and when the cards are available they will put them into the program.
We should wait for a few days and see what happends. They won't put it on the program as for now. (EU)

I got ftw ultra. Extremely pleased. I would have taken any of them but they gave me the best one. Especially since I couldn't find a 2080 super ftw for msrp and went with the xc in july

Please tell me you got that in writing - If you have, please share it. Because that clearly shows discrimination against EU customers - as they are sold out in the US too, yet they are able to queue. This whole experience is appalling.

Same, this is before the card officially goes on sale so perhaps they purposely held back on launch day for step-up buyers to get in before they all get sold out?? If so that would be amazing news.

For those of you missing the step up option, read the step up program FAQ
You have to have registered for warranty within a set amount of time to quality for the step up program.
If you bought the card 2 months ago, and only registered it now to step up, you don't qualify to step up.
However, whilst registering the card for warranty, you can optionally pay for an extended warranty. If you do this, you then can then still qualify
