It only presents you with options relevant to your shipping location. I would be impressed and confused if you somehow chose options not relevant to your location.

Wish I had known that. As far as only one showing up, maybe since one is US Only and the other is Worldwide, the Worldwide one is excluded for those in the US? (just guessing). When I made my selection I think that maybe some of the options that were not specifically in the US were not included as options for me, although I thought Worldwide would include US heh.
