• In 2009 Zerran2001 created the inaugural Time Zone Challenge Folding contest for EVGA's folding team.  This year we hope to continue the tradition of good-natured fun and trash-talking among our team in a contest that is bigger and better than ever!
• The 2017 Time Zone Challenge will begin on Saturday December 2nd at 12:00 AM Eastern Time. 
• Time Zone Challenge contest site: https://sites.google.com/site/timezonechallenge/
• Prize donations are currently being accepted.  Prizes are a fun way to encourage and reward contest participants or pass on old or unused hardware to reward a fellow folder.  Members of EVGA's folding team have a history of generous donations to folding contests - let’s keep that tradition alive!
• Registration/sign up for the 2017 TZC are open!
• As always, we are looking for anyone willing to help out with putting this contest together.  They take a large amount of time an energy to organize and any help you can provide is greatly appreciated (absolutely no prior experience is necessary!).  Please shoot me a PM if you are interested in helping out.

It is something that we can bring back if there is demand for it.  Wasn't sure if it was worth doing given that there is not a new generation of GPUs available.

Why under Team 224497 Curecoin?

It asks which team I "typically fold with" and that will be Curecoin as I haven't folded for EVGA in 3 months outside a day here and there. It doesnt ask who I will fold with durring the competition, which will be EVGA.

Yea me too, I should have only put 4,000,000 and not 5,000,000. Due to Low PPD WUs. Maybe even 3,000,000
Last year a Thread was created for last minute changes so maybe this year as well.

LOL!!! I thought the challenge started yesterday, not next month. I am right on schedule for 2m ppd though. Considering buying a 1060 just to get my second rig back online for next month, and bumping my score up to 2.3-2.5m ppd.

I am excited and will try to include some small gifts into the prize pool, if I can find the excess parts and pieces lying around.

I am going to shut down for a few days to save money for next months extravaganza, but I am going to try to get a full rig permanently online near the beginning of the year.
