I really don't see how to do this. With the 1600 watt EVGA PSU you have more than enough connectors. The 1300G2 appears to only support three cards.

These exist ---> I Do Not recommend them

Welcome to the forums..You can get 2x SATA-to-8pin adapters..You can get 2x Molex-to-8pin adapters..You can get single 6pin-to-8pin adapters (not really recommended but would probably work ok)..There are other places besides Newegg if you search around..And your card should have come with one 2x 6pin-to-8pin adapter.

You can buy more cables if needed if you Contact EVGA, or get cables for EVGA (and other) PSUs from CableMod (use the CableMod Configurator) or other custom cable places.

A 1300W PSU might not be enough to power your system with 4x GTX 1080 Ti cards..Use the EVGA Power Meter or the OuterVision Power Supply Calculator to see a recommended PSU for your system..Getting a 1600W unit as suggested above would be the best way to go.

That is why Bob mentioned the EVGA Power Meter to see if you will have enough power

Yes..See All about the various PC power supply cables and connectors..Far as I know, the specs are still valid from 2008..Double whatever the +12V wattage and amperage is (per +12V wire) because you'll have two SATA power or two 'Molex' (4-pin Peripheral) powering one 8-pin PCIe..They're calling the 'Molex' (4-pin Peripheral) specs 'unofficial' though and that's all I can find on that right at this moment.
