Okay the AU,UK,EU I can understand them complaining on here but not people that ordered from Amazon.  Why would evga know when Amazon is going to ship your order that you ordered from a different site.  It just doesn't make sense.  What does make sense is why don't you contact Amazon on it instead of asking here.

There's no need to be rude. I asked Jacob, not you. He might have an idea, after all they supply the cards first. I didn't ask anyone when they're going to ship it to me. I asked if EVGA knows or has an estimate as to when Amazon would get their first stock. There's no harm in asking and it certainly doesn't affect your life so why are you both so mad??? chill.


P.S. if it's any consolation I've already talked to Amazon customer service, got nothing from them. Hence why I asked on here.

can anyone tell me if i paid for overnight shipping will i get a delivery on Saturday if it ships Friday? if i ordered directly from EVGA

if they are shipping it UPS then NO. I don't believe UPS delivers on Sat. Fedex would though.

UPS delivers on Saturday and on Sunday, it all just depends on the service chosen.  When you get the tracking it'll tell you for sure.

I do not believe UPS delivers on Sundays in the U.S.A. according to there website. I know that any Sunday deliveries I receive from Amazon (Only place I have received Sunday deliveries in my life) come thru USPS (United States Postal Service) and those can be flaky sometimes.

Not sure how you missed it, they've now said 10th May. 6 days constitutes "soon" I think.

Yeah for the EVGA orders. Not for 3rd party sellers like Amazon, Scan, Alza, Ebuyer etc. They probably won't get any stock for another 2-3 weeks at this rate, which will be the end of May. That's just absurd, they'd be 2 months late. I've waited long enough to get an update from EVGA in regards to 3rd party sellers getting any stock, no one has bothered being of any help. 
 
Asked Jacob yesterday as well, completely ignored. Clearly they don't know because it's going to be a long while. What really bugs me is that EVGA knew this particular GPU model was going to be very popular, they had a long time to pre-plan and increase production. Being this slow has pushed a lot of customers away, I personally still like EVGA products and their warranty etc don't get me wrong, but lately they've handled things very poorly especially for UK/EU/AU customers. Still hoping I get an update by Friday the 5th or Monday the 8th at least. If not I'll try to grab one of those SC2 Hybrid cards. 

I pre-ordered on 30/03/2017 and am in the UK.
 
Are EVGA saying that ALL pre orders in the UK 'should' be dispatched on the 10th?
 
Alternatively, am I looking at a further delayed dispatch because I pre-ordered 2 days after it initially went up on the site?

Yes you can request it because I did the same thing yesterday and it will cost me 92.88 to ship it from Cali to DC SMH

Or they could just update us when things don't go as planned.

Mine shipped Monday and will be here in Tennessee tomorrow. I'm actually surprised with it being ups and the card coming from CA that it will be here that soon. Can't wait!

Did you get the Evga email with 10 May? If not, maybe not?

UPS lost my package and won't give me an update :( "We don't know where your package is, we don't know when it will arrive" Then why the hell did you give me a tracking number? stupid putz! 

Edit 2: The cards are STILL in anaheim CA, did EVGA even ship them or did they give me a tracking number for a package they didn't even ship? I'm really upset right now and I'm about to call my bank to do a dispute/chargeback

This is just a guess, but it's possible they printed the tracking number (which creates the tracking) and then it didn't make it on the truck. I'd contact EVGA and ask them about it.

I just got a UPS Package not less than 30 minutes ago and the UPS Tracking is still showing waiting for Pick Up.

I'm sorry for the delay; I just checked the tracking number on your order, and it appears UPS has issued an update: "A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Delivery will be rescheduled." Unfortunately we are unable to control shipping issues on UPS's side, and for that I apologize. 

The delay notification came yesterday, more than 24 hours after it had "left" socal (closer to 36 hours) . I could have driven from LA to Seattle in the time; yet the card is still in Anaheim.
