Hi all)Unfortunately,I discovered the same issue with my card.\ 

Well, there's 17 pages here of reading to figure out your best next step.

Did it)I've tried to do according to the post of the SilentMarket using black tape in the designated place.Nothing changed.
Next I tried to return the original cooler.Nothing changed after all\
 

My PC spec:
MB Z97 MSI gaming 6
Processor: I7-5775c 4.3 Ggz
Video:EVGA 1080TI FTW3 Hybrid
Mem:DDR3 2*8Gb Kingston HyperX Savage 2400MHz
SSD:Samsung 970 pro 1tb
MONITOR:Acer Predator XB271HUbmiprz
KEYBOARD:HyperX Alloy Elite RGB Cherry MX Red
MOUSE:Corsair Glaive RGB Black

And then you contact EVGA and get the card replaced through their warranty program.
