Thanks for the clarification. But I will be honest, I do think it is priced too high. As everyone else is saying unless there is some major difference it should be at least close to the 1080 hybrid cost. $139.99 I could see maybe, but we are looking at $40 more. Which for me would be closer a $50 difference, $160 cdn vs $213 cdn . Add that to the pricey shipping and it becomes a hard pill to swallow.

Small run? Then why is it supporting 10xx except for the FTW editions? Seems like a pretty broad scope for a "limited run"
Yeah, and not to mention that the 1080TI's appear to be quite popular and a lot of us want alternative cooling solutions (because step up seems to be limited to 1080TI FE for the foreseeable future). Sure makes alternative solutions a lot more appealing....

Funny how I paid $99 for a Titan X Maxwell AIO Hybrid cooler, and here we are 2 years later with the same product, but $159 now - LOL. Nope. Forget it EVGA.

Why would anyone consider this AIO over EKWB at this price point with the increase? Its a no brainer...
Either go with EKWB or just buy a Hybrid card directly.
I am a long time EVGA supporter, but this one is a disappointment to see.

And I thought $119.99 was a bit high. At $159.99 it's absurd. And I'm sure it will be a small run as not many will buy this. Custom loop continues to be the way to go anyway.

Ok thanks it was an error - so from $119.99(?) all week it's going up to $159.99 instead of $179.99 because it's a small run. Fair enough, nobody expects EVGA to give it away, although given the sizable demand for this for the last 8 months by Titan XP owners (see threads here, NVidia forums, Reddit, other tech forums), and that it will also be used by the multitude of new 1080Ti FE owners, I'm surprised it's a limited run. This also makes me worry that they will sell out within minutes and there won't be any more coming. Oh noes. I'm really learning my lesson on impulse buying with this Titan lol.
ek is also supposedly releasing an aio for the 1080ti that will most likely work on the titan xp also
Has EK released any pricing for their AIO solutions? Or does anybody know what they might price them at?

I know it's probably a bad position to be in by responding to this thread as an employee, but it's also pretty tough for dedicated owners to smash F5 for over a week in hopes of a release only to find a pretty big price hike before the actual release. I get it, the 1080 Ti's are new, and maybe you don't want to create competition within your product portfolio. Or maybe you think the demand is low because you're only servicing people who used their step-up program redemption, but from a consumer perspective, the situation was handled pretty poorly.

I suggest that EVGA lowers the price $10 every week that the product is delayed further for whatever the excuse de jour maybe. When it is finally released it will be free with a $50 rebate.. As for the small batch I would think that they should have had quite a few stock piled since they were ready to release these since last year according to Jacob..

It's amazing to me that people are complaining about a $40 price increase on a product that's intended for $700, and $1200 top end enthusiast grade video cards.
And, some people are purchasing 2 of these cards at a time too.
$160 for a custom AiO liquid cooler? That's chump change. If you can't afford it, then stick with air cooled entry level video cards.

i think people are forgetting that EVGA is a business, We don't know what their price margin is on this particular unit. Because the prior ones were $119.99 doesn't mean this one will or should be.
Also websites have the wrong prices and info on them all the time. Has no one ever shopped on Amazon and observed all sorts of wrong info under description or specs. I have.
Also a few posts back the EVGA guy said they had use the pics from the 1080 unit just to get the webpage up(or something to that effect). That would include the price as well i assume. They did compound the situation by hitting the 8 key instead of the 5. I don't believe the price was ever going to be $119.99.

The continuation of the dangling carrot approach to the release date infuriates me! The other ineptitude surrounding this is secondary, I really care very little on the misrepresentation of product or unit pricing on the website as the product is still small batch hand crafted vaporware ..

Seems reasonable to complain about a 33% price increase immediately before release... imagine if the Ti card itself saw a 33% price increase to over $900 because it was a "limited run".
